Description: This jutsu is nothing more then a simple jet of water; used to create the standing water for other, more advanced Water jutsu. This jutsu does have one other practical usage; it may be used to extinguish flames or fire jutsu; so long as the fire jutsu does not exceed the user's own rank; IE: the fire jutsu is C-Rank and the User of Archerfish is D-rank, the water would not be released in sufficient quantities to stop the fire.

Description: This is a basic Lightning Release technique, but its usage is very reliable for those who utilize Lighting Release techniques. After forming the needed hand signals, the user creates a small electromagnetic charge in their fingertips, usually the thumb and index fingers. By touching the ground with their fingers, the user can get a bearing as of what direction they are travelling in and the distance from rock formations and buildings nearby. It can also track other people using the electric signals in their brain, though it can merely tell how far that person is, and it reaches a distance of about 10 meters.

This can also be used as a basic weapon, for the user can attack the opponent in the head or back of the neck and the electric charge can disrupt their nervous system for a while, disorienting them and leaving them dizzy for a few moments. However, this technique deals no damage whatsoever and the effects will wear off after 1 post.

Description: Electricity is built up in the fingertips of the user who then makes a gun-like pose with their hands (both middle and index finger extended). From this position, small (about the size of a tennis ball) "bullets" of electricity may be fired at will that travel 15m/s. These bullets deliver painful shocks at the point of contact and can singe clothing and leave minor 1st degree burns due to releasing its charge upon impact with any solid object. The resulting impact is enough to parry/redirect small projectiles (kunai/senbon/shuriken) midair, but are non-lethal as they lack the ability to piece flesh because of the discharge upon impact. One or both hands may be used, but only 15 "rounds" in total may be fired before the electrical charge in the user's fingertips is depleted. No hand signs are necessary to initiate the jutsu allowing for a fast draw.

Name: Water Prison Jutsu (Suirō no Jutsu - 水牢の術)

Description: This technique is used to trap a victim inside a virtually inescapable sphere of water. The only downside to this technique is that the user must keep at least one arm inside the sphere at all times in order for the victim to remain imprisoned. This technique requires a sufficient amount of water, which can be provided by expelling it from one's mouth. Once trapped the target is unable to move while within it due to the heaviness of the water. Because of the density of the water it can be used, to a limited extent, for defensive purposes if performed on oneself. If used defensively, the prison can deflect up to 3 jutsu of lower rank before breaking. Any jutsu of equal or higher rank will instantly disperse the water. Any Raiton or electrified attacks would do damage equal to one rank higher then normal because of the excellent conductive nature of water itself, and the users wet skin. Of course this means the user himself would be shocked as well, and take damage equal to the rank of the jutsu itself. Because of the heavy nature of the water; the user's reflexes (dodge and movement speed) are reduced by 1 rank for the duration of the jutsu.

The normal scope of this technique is normally just a few metres, but if prepared, it is also possible to make an entire pond of starch syrup. Description: Heavenly Wind Palm (天風掌, Amafūshō) is a rudimentary wind natured technique that allows the user to project a concentrated gust of wind towards intended targets. It is performed by quickly gathering and compressing a sufficient wind in the user's hand in a spiral fashion before releasing the dense mass towards a desired target with a palm thrust. The amount of time it takes to collect and shape the wind of this technique is dependent on the user's chakra control and proficiency with the Wind Release. As such this technique's gusts can easily deflect projectiles when used at a novice level, but can furthermore be used to generate winds powerful enough to carve trails destruction through the earth when utilized with enough skill. As this technique is composed of compressed wind it is only visible when utilized at the highest levels, appearing as a translucent orb of chakra. Due to this trait, the practitioner's performance of this skills may be difficult for onlookers to identify.

Description: This jutsu requires no handseals. This genjutsu can trap a victim in an illusion with no eye contact. Once the jutsu begins to start, the target will see the user beginning to lose parts of themselves which then turn into crows that fly off to the target. The genjutsu traps the victim in a torrent of crows, leaving them at the user's mercy, the enemy will feel like they are been attacked by crows as they flock around him or her, this jutsu can be used to distract enemy or even be used as a way of escape. The attacks of the crows leave no physical wounds; and any pain or solid sensation that is not born of this Genjutsu will instantly break the illusion.

Description: This is a simple, if specialized seal. There is no base, and the seal is created with a single hand. The user creates a fist, with two fingers extended outward, and charges the fingertips with chakra. They then write the symbol of the element they wish to harness, which creates the seal of the jutsu. They then either smack, punch, or slice the seal with a blade to release the chakra. The effects are as follows:

Non-Elemental: The seal breaks, releasing a burst of very bright light and a sharp, high pitched note for several seconds that causes a 1 post stun and blinding effect to anyone that both sees and hears the seal break. If only the tone is heard, the affected is deafened for 1 post.

Wind: The seal explodes with a directed burst of air, that has enough power to knockback an enemy from point blank range up to 10 feet.

Water: Fires a low power bullet of water, equal to a gallon of water flying at roughly 20 mph. Useful for countering weak Katon or creating openings.

Fire: Creates a small ball of flame that flies forward from the seal at a rate of 20 mph. The flames are hot enough to cause a first degree flash burn, but little else. Can be used as an ignition source for other jutsu.

Earth: Fires several dozen small rocks with the power of a thrown senbon. The rocks cause little more then a small amount of pain and light bruising. Best as a distraction. If the seal is placed upon the ground, it causes the earth to buckle and rise upward 2 inches for a 15 foot diameter around the user. Effective for breaking balance or interrupting sprints.

Lightning: A single bolt of lightning is fired from the seal. Causes a 1 post stun and 1st degree burn for a half inch radius around the point of impact.

The water can either be blown out from the user, or raised from an existing water source; but as this jutsu takes an incredible amount of water to maintain, it is preferable to use near an existing source such as a river or lake. The wall's strength and resistance to attacks is dependent on the amount of chakra the user pours into the water.

Description: This technique shapes a large amount of water into a giant, powerful dragon, which hits the opponent with formidable might, dealing physical damage. The ideal place to use it is near a body of water, but if the user is able to create sufficient amounts of water themselves, it is possible to use it even in a place where there is none. The dragon itself will not exceed a maximum length of 50 feet, nor a maximum diameter of 5 feet. The dragon itself is rather bulky, leading to a distinct lack of accuracy control; something that must be trained to overcome. This leaves the chance for evasion, if the target is far enough away and is quick enough. The dragon itself travels as easily twice the comfortable running speed of the average C-Rank ninja, but given the lack of control it can still be evaded if you are able to dodge to the side far enough, fast enough. The power of this jutsu is the sheer concussive force of the blast; which can be enough to render some targets unconscious, as well as cause major injuries. Massive bruising and extreme pain are guaranteed, as well as a very high risk for broken bones and moderate internal injuries.

This allows the user to pummel the opponent(s) with a barrage of water waves that will leave them incapacitated. Another advantage of this technique is that it can be used with atmospheric water. This eliminates reliance on a large body of water and opens up several new possibilities, including the use of this technique in buildings and other places were there is no visible water. The giant waves generated can also act as a defense, mainly against fire based techniques, though.

Description: This technique allows the user to form their wind natured chakra into a clawed hand, or talon, which then can be used for a variety of tasks. As the claw formed by this technique is essentially formed out of wind, it is nearly completely invisible to those without chakra visualizing dōjutsu, adding to the mystique of the ability. User's of this technique are shown that the materialized talon extends from one of the user's hands and follows the same movements as the aforementioned hand. The size of the talon generated depends on the amount of chakra utilized to perform the technique. It has been demonstrated that this technique can act as both a extension to the user's arm, as seen when the technique is used to grab things at a distance, and used as a mid-range attack, which can even leave gashes in stone.

Description: Simply put, Divine Protection of the Wind (風の加護, Kaze no Kago) is a defensive technique that allows the user to shield either themselves or other with swirling constructs of compressed wind chakra. As this technique was designed without the usage of hand seals in mind it relies more heavily upon chakra control than most other skills. Practitioners of this technique generally manifest spiraling barriers of air, but a variation of this skill can be used to create a dome of swirling wind around a target. Both versions of this skill are capable of protecting the user and others from physical and chakra-based assaults. It should be noted that the use of this technique leaves the protected target extremely vulnerable to fire release techniques, which will cause a powerful explosion upon contact with the concentrated wind barrier. Description: Similar to the Clone Technique, this technique creates clones of the user. However, these clones are actual copies, not illusions. The clones are capable of performing techniques on their own and can even bleed, but will usually disperse after one or two solid blows. They can also disperse on their own. The clones will be created in roughly the same condition as the original. Shadow clones can't be distinguished from the actual person even by the Byakugan because the clones have the exact same amount of chakra and aren't made from any other substance.

A characteristic that is unique to the Shadow Clone Technique is that any experience the clones gain during their existence is transferred to the user once they are dispersed. This makes the technique ideal for spying, since the user can simply send a clone to spy on a target, then have the clone disperse itself without returning to pass the information back to the user.

(When making a Shadow Clone the user must spend 20 of their chakra per clone, however they may if they so choose give their clone more chakra. Example: If you want your clone to have 50 chakra then you must spend 20 chakra to make the clone and an additional 30 on top of that for the extra 30 chakra. Each clone otherwise will have 20 chakra unless given more - when the chakra is used up the clone will disappear.)

Said howl is the trigger for one of his more devastating Genjutsu; an illusion strong enough to strike fear into the hearts of most ninja. The illusion itself is simple enough; the world fades to black and all sound save for a high pitched ringing diminishes. After what feels like several minute of being trapped in pitch blackness; points of light appear in the distance. As the points move closer; they take the shape of pairs of eyes; canine and yellowed and shining with feral rage. Once the eyes are close enough to be distinguished as being canine; a growling noise begins to grow from the nothingness. The growl grows in intensity until the forms of the canine's themselves appear; several dozen pack mates of extremely wolven features.  At this point; the canines begin to lunge one at a time at the target; grabbing onto it's body with fangs and claws before ripping large chunks of flesh away. The target is forced to watch as it's body is reduced to little more then skeleton and sinew; before the Alpha of the pack finishes the job and crushes the skull. At this point the target awakes from the Genjutsu; physically unharmed; but often so mentally broken and scared that they suffer from a two post stun. This jutsu is easily avoidable by plugging the ears the moment the howl is heard; or via pain from an outside source.

Description: A rather different seal; this Fuuinjutsu requires the use of some sort of instrument (bladed or otherwise), that is impaled into the earth in front of the user. The places the base seal upon the earth, which the user is then able to fire in the direction of the opponent. The seal travels at roughly 15m/s; and is able to track it's target to a mild degree [able to gentle turn and arc in the direction of the target, but it cannot turn around corners nor angle sharply in any direction]. Once contact is established; the opponent is trapped in the center of a large circle via a barrier. This barrier may be broken by anyone of higher ranks; with one rank higher taking 1 post to break free, and two or more ranks breaking free immediately. Once trapped, the outer circles of the seal begin to rotate; counter to each other (One rotates clockwise, the other counterclockwise.). The friction of the chakra counter-rotating builds a static charge over the seal; which when released causes a massive shock to the trapped person. The opponent receives enough of a shock to cause 2nd burns anywhere that metal touches skin; through the arc heating caused of the electric discharge, as well as cause intense pain to the entire body. The nervous system is serious disrupted as well, causing two posts of complete stun, and an additional 3 posts of a -1 tier to REA and PER stats.

Description: This seal is both barrier and offensive, making a wonderfully useful one to have. Using any bladed weapon, the user projects the base seal midair, filling in the rest by drawing it with the tip of the blade. Upon finishing, the seal shines a bright white and hovers for a maximum of 4 posts before shattering. Once triggered, the seal fires 6 small bullets of Raiton infused energy at the target. The seal is able to swivel to track it's target, although in this instance the bullets themselves  also contain a mild homing effect. That is to say; they will gently track towards the target; curving in large arcs until they impact something; at which point they will bounce backwards in a straight line in the opposite direction to what they where traveling. They may bounce a total of 1 times off solid objects before dispersing on the second impact. However, if used in conjunction with a barrier of the Raiton affinity; they may bounce indefinitely until they impact a solid object, at which point they are dispersed. The bullets are powerful enough to deal instant 2nd degree burns over a 6in radius upon impact, and for each bullet which impacts the user suffers a - 1 tier PER and REA debuff (the user takes a -1 tier to both stats for X number of posts, where X is the number of bullets which impact, up to a maximum of 6).

Description: A stronger version of Elemental Seal: Shatter. Similar in function; the user creates a far more complex seal, allowing them to access much greater power.


Non-Elemental :  Light Burst - The user creates the crest-seal midair; breaking it with a quick slash of a blade or other weapon. Upon breaking, the seal explodes with the force of a flash bomb; releasing enough noise and light to stun, blind, and temporarily stun anything within 20 meters. The user; while not stunned, is deafened unless their ears are protected. Deafening lasts 3 posts, blindness lasts for 1, and the overall stun lasts for 2 (first post blindness, second of recovery).


Wind: Windbust - The user places a seal upon the ground; from which a vortex of wind rises to a height of 20 feet. The vortex is powerful enough to pull in objects and people within 5 feet of itself and trap them inside. The winds are like razor sharp blades; slicing deeply into unprotected flesh to a depth of no more then 2 inches. The seal is able to travel slowly across flat surfaces at normal human walking speeds; and can be pushed or forced into moving in a specific direction via a wind jutsu of equal rank.


Water: Torrent - The user creates a seal above their head; from which a simple punch will send a maximum of three large balls of water flying upwards in a long arc towards the opponent. The key here is timing; as the balls are not controlled once they leave the seal, nor do they possess anything but rudimentary homing abilities. The balls are able to gently angle towards a moving target; but cannot make sharp adjustments nor any major changes in direction. The water is extremely heavy; causing significant crush injuries in the form of massive bruising at the point of contact, as well as high probabilities of dislocated joined and compression fractures of bones. Direct impacts with the target's skull will result in a moderate concussion and a three post stun.


Earth: Cataclysm - Placing the crest upon the ground; the user lifts a wall of earth then drops it; sending a wave of stalagmites towards the target. The wave has mild tracking abilities; able to turn towards the target at the point of initial release but nothing more. The rising stalagmites cause serious piercing damage; able to puncture up to 4 inches into flesh, but are stopped by bone. However, all but the strongest bones in the body would be cracked by the force of the stalagmites. The wave travels at roughly the speed of a running Chuunin.


Fire: Inferno - The user creates a seal of flames in front of themselves; charging through it and wrapping the flames around themselves. From here the user charges at the target; aiming to attack with both weapon and fire. The user is able to maintain the fire for a maximum of 30 meters or 1 post before it vanishes. Any physical damage the user causes is compounded with 2nd degree burns from the fire. The user also takes burn damage from the fire, however it is milder due to the seal offering moderate protection from the heat; roughly equal to a bad sunburn.


Lightning: Thunderbolt - Essentially just a stronger version of the Raiton seal shatter. The bolt itself is much larger, and travels a maximum of 50 meters before dispersing into the air or impacting the ground. Contact causes instant second degree burns at the contact sight; along with severe pain and a 2 post stun effect.

Description: This jutsu is used to trap a victim inside a large virtually inescapable sphere of water that is many times larger than the original Water Prison Technique, capable of imprisoning many opponents at once. The user forms water clones around the area they wish to encompase, the number of clones is dependent on the size of the area that the user wishes to trap within the jutsu. When the clones have been formed each clone performs the neccessary hand seals and thrusts both palms toward the area, forming the trap between the surrounded area. This jutsu requires a sufficient amount of water, which can be provided by expelling it from one's mouth or taking water from the air around the user. The user may or may not participate in the forming of the jutsu, allowing the user to launch an added offensive once the opponents are trapped within. Once trapped the target is unable to move due to the increased heaviness and sheer volume of the water. The only downside of this technique is that each clone must keep both hands within the sphere at all times in order for the targets to remain imprisoned, rendering the clones useless outside of the forming of this jutsu.

Description: After the required hand seals are perform the user utilizes their mastery of Wind Release techniques to create a large low pressure column around their intended target.  After the low pressure area is created the pressure difference in the atmosphere attempts to fill the void that the technique has left.  This results in a powerful, yet artificial, downburst that crashes down and expands outward on the intended target with a force that could level buildings and trees alike. While this technique would be incredibly powerful against a single target, the preparation time combined with the relatively sluggish targeting system makes this technique more suited for targeting enemy bases and large immobile groups.  Since this technique utilizes natural wind, as opposed to Wind Chakra, this technique is largely unaffected by Fire Release techniques.  When used in a humid area or over water this technique has the ability to randomly affect the weather.  This may result in creating a storm artificially or from prematurely ending a storm that is already raging.

Description: A rather specialized jutsu; the requirements for activation are simple enough. A standing source of water (may be user created) is splashed into the air; triggering the genjutsu aspect in order to trap the target in a false mental world. Within this world, the target perceives that nothing has changed at all, and commences attacking normally. However, in the real world their body does not move, leaving them open for an attack. The user quickly weaves a series of hand signs  while simultaneously using a foot to create a simple Raiton Fuuinjutsu seal on the ground using the original water source. From this water source rises what appears to be a simple Water Dragon Bullet jutsu, with the Raiton seal upon it's head. Once the bullet is fired and impacts the target it shatters, dealing mixed damage to the target [major crush damage, with deep bruising and broken bones; as well as 2nd degree electrical burns; and a -2 tiers to REA and SPD stats due to the electrical discharge on the nervous system]. At this point the Genjutsu aspect of the jutsu is automatically broken.

Description: The user must come into physical contact with the target, at which point they place a special seal. This seal acts as both a fuuinjutsu seal and a genjutsu trigger. The Genjutsu is simple enough; it has zero effect on the user's perceptions, merely working into the mind of the affected to implant a specific word of the caster's choosing. This word then begins to take over the target's mind, replacing all thoughts and slowly overwriting the target's language centers until nothing else exists. The moment the user verbalizes the special word, it triggers the Fuuinjutsu aspect of the seal. Over the course of the next post the pressure inside the affected's skull rises exponentially; until at the start of the next post the brain of the affected literally explodes from every orifice of the skull. The damage aspect of this jutsu can be negated via stopping the affected from speaking the embedded word somehow; via unconsciousness or some other preventive measure. If able to stop the verbalization of the word for the full 5 posts of charge time, the seal breaks with no consequences and the genjutsu is lifted, returning the target's full mental capacity to them. [Note: The word trigger MUST be clearly stated and logged within the post that this jutsu is set. For each post in which the jutsu is active, thie trigger word must be logged within the jutsu/chakra spoiler area of the user's post. The post/time count must also be logged within this area. Failure to do so will cause the jutsu to instantly fail.]

Description: This technique is performed by placing prayer beads around the wrists and ankles of the target and then pressing the palm against the target's chest. This increases the weight of the beads exponentially, weighing down the target's limbs. Given how it would be difficult to perform this technique in actual combat, it's primary use is seemingly for training. As the target of this technique continues to train, the prayer beads change colour from white to blue, green, yellow and finally to red. Once they're red, this signifies that the training is complete. While best used with special prayer beads; any object with the appropriate fuuinjutsu seal placed upon it can be used. It takes three posts for the beads or sealed object to change colors (White - Blue - Green - Yellow - Red)

Description: The ultimate collaboration between siblings; Hiroyuki and Temaki harness the might of their skills to create a devastating team attack. By activating a special seal placed upon Temaki; Hiroyuki is able to use her as a sort of flaming yo-yo, or for a better analogy, a weighted-rope dart. Temaki then proceeds to launch into a classic Buzzsaw Tsuuga (or any multiple of that.) which she then charges with the power of her explosive chakra. Both siblings add in the power of their wind chakra, and Temaki finishes the enhancement via her fire chakra. At this point she is a shredding ball of explosive death controlled entirely by Hiroyuki. Hiroyuki then uses the power of the seal to swing, fire, and withdraw the death ball that is his sister in whatever fashion he want to mow down and cause the maximum destruction possible. Any impact with a solid surface causes an instant S-Rank explosion, leaving behind a smoking crater filled with A-rank flames. At any time Hiroyuki is able to trigger the seal upon his sister to release a massive burst of wind and flames, which causes 3rd degree burns and massive concussive damage to anything within 15 meters.
