Description: The user harnesses the chakra in their blood stream to be able to manipulate blood outside of human veins, but if someone has blood in their stomach or mouth, it can still be used, as long as it isn't in circulation. The users can generate blood out of chalkra much like Suiton.
Unlock Requirements: 1000 word training thread before beginning to train the element(basically learning to harness the blood in their body).
Special Training Requirements: Each rank up from D has to have an extra 500 words, such as D - C is 2,500 words. Otherwise, it functions the same as a ordinary Tertiary element.
