General Description:
Light skinned, kind of tanish in a way. His eye color being blue which makes his eyes sort of stand out because his skin color doesn't normally have that color eyes. His nose is somewhat small and unnoticeable as is his nose. He is somewhat muscular although he rarely shows skin other than hands face and sometimes arms as he is always wearing goodies and long sleeved clothing. He has long hair for a male that goes down in the back up to the peak of his neck and is white. He often wears a blue hoodie decorated with various colors. He generally has a serious and quite intimidating look as well.

He wears black or plain color comfortable pants with the standard black sneakers quite often. Sometimes he can be seen with other various colored hoodies but all seem to be in the same particular style just in a different color. His skin is smooth and he has small features for a male for the most part. His hands being pretty small for a male, as well as his ears but those are all traits he attains from his mother as she also has small hands and other features. He also has no facial hair although he is 23 years of age most likely he will never have any facial hair unless he does something to enhance his hair growth of some sort. However the white hair that is on his head is pretty long and soft event though he doesn't really have to do anything to it other than splashing water on it occasionally.

He can appear intimidating at times due to his nature and his confident stance. He always walks straight and with confidence. His glare van be described as able to pierce through ones soul and has been before. Under his goodies usually he wears shirt sleeved simple colored shirts.



Personality:
Tee's personality is that of a psychopath, an individual who not only acts how some might call crazy, but also is fully engaged in his actions. At first glance he even appears to be crazy because he is either found performing some random act of cruelty or acting like an individual with no sense. Most of the time Tee can't help but think about baby seals as well as killing, those are the two most thought about thoughts in his mind, the baby seals because he finds them to be a delicacy that deserves to be eaten for pretty much every meal of the day. He enjoys killing or simply violence in general because he sees inflicting pain upon others an art if not a hobby that everybody should enjoy and by him inflicting pain on others he is satisfying his yearn that he has to do so even if it is temporarily similar to how a drug addicts gets his/her fix from the drug. The obsession that Tee has with these two things pretty much consumes his entire life, in addition however something he finds also interesting if not equally so are tentacles, for some reason people have an irrational fear of tentacles and various activities associated with them and therefore Tee utilizes tentacles for his spells, his magic, and just for shits and giggles. Patience is another huge part of Tee's personality, or more so the lack of patience he has, his patience is an extremely thin line, so making him wait for any prolonged or even short periods of time makes him extremely irritable and thus putting you on his bad side, if in a good mood Tee kills and performs violent actions for fun would somebody really want to make him angry?

Along with that Tee is extremely confident, so much so that he being the proclaimed Dark Nightmare has the mindset that he cannot be beaten in combat by an individual. He knows if he is ganged up on there is a possibility he can lose but no matter who hes facing in a one on one fight he will never back down and will fight until the very end, even if it costs him his life. In addition to his confidence exists his ambition, his ambition is that of Julius Caesar so to speak, he has high expectations as well as high goals and with his ANBU status he uses his position to his advantage to acquire various pieces of information others wouldn't be able to acquire. He only respects those that deserve such respect, meaning people who have bested or kept up with him in combat, people whom he has known for quite some time and respects or individuals who have a variety of feats that either directly or indirectly affect Tee in some way that he gives a fuck about.

Any other individuals that do not deserve his respect will quite literally be treated like shit. Lowkey Tee is funny however sometimes he incorporates his humor with serious situations making individuals unsure weather to laugh or take what he said offensively. However for some reason Tee is constantly alert even in situations individuals might say are the safest ever like in his guild or in like the deepest darkest cell of the village, Tee always sleeps with one eye open so to speak and never allows anybody to get the drop on him, he always feels as if he is being followed and usually looks behind him constantly when traveling. He also likes to risk his life so performing actions that have a high chance of an individual dying are actions he performs on the daily basis. Tee's views are extremely strong so when he has an opinion on a specific topic it is almost always a strong opinion and it will be expressed as such. Weather he is right or wrong he still argues his point, some may say he is stubborn but those individuals are fools. His stubbornness sets him out from others as his level of stubbornness is higher than most others and places him apart from the rest.
Likes:
Tee's likes consist of Baby seals, but not them themselves or their company as many would assume, but their flavor, their taste is what entices Tee the most. He loves to eat them and they were inf act his favorite meal, how they are cooked have no relevance to Tee. Also he likes tentacles, to be more specific the utilization of them in both combat and non combat situations, for some reason he is simply drawn to them. He likes the look on peoples faces when they know they have no way out of a situation, the desperation on their face of wanting to escape but knowing they never can.
Dislikes:
One thing Tee hates is to be kept waiting. If there is a planned time he is expecting something, he expects it to occur on the time he designated and if things or people are too late he does not hesitate to punish them.
Also he hates remaining idle, pretty much lounging around with no progress toward a given goal. Also he is not keen on being demanded and told what to do, he does not respond kindly to such demands and will weather the command was given rudely or not respond in a negative manner. He dislikes having to rely upon others for things he can do himself, he deems it idiotic and a waste of his manpower.
Motivations:
One of his motivation sis bettering himself as a fighter and as a manipulator. He also is motivated by getting back at those who have wronged him in the past and those he blames for his current lifestyle. He is motivated when he sees ninja who appear to be strong because it entices him to fight and test his skills against such ninja. His motivation is also to become known one way or another throughout the ninja world weather it be through his fighting ability or through taking over a nation. Also what keeps him moving forward is knowing that the nations who destroyed his life still exist.
Fears:
What he fears is emotional stability, because for the majority of his life as far as he can remember he has always been emotionally unstable and being stable to him is being idle and he hates remaining idle. He has a fear of being captured because he fears that others will either read his mind and obtain information on his past, or somehow get the information out of him and he doesn't want anybody to have knowledge of him and what he harbors deep down. He also has the fear that his parents will be reborn and be ashamed of what he has become.

History:

The existence that was Tee was extremely promising, as a young boy he was often optimistic, nothing as he is in his current years. Younger he was born into a small lower middle class family in the Village Hidden In The Leaves. This is where his life began, during his younger years he spent the majority of his time with his family, his parents were extremely family oriented and he learned from a young age that family was essential to promote growth. He was close at a young age of 6 to his parents who were his only family. Something that was commonly known about his family was their unique ability that revolved around the usage of paper. So much like his parents who were village ninja, he yearned to become one as well with every fiber in his being. Like most his age he was innocent and naive to most issues in the real world and simply wanted to become a ninja not knowing what it truly entailed. His parents not wanting to crush his dreams allowed him to remain naive, perhaps they figured in due time he would realize the error of his ways, or perhaps they did it on accident completely forgetting to inform him on the complexities of being a ninja of the village. Whatever the reason was it would be the reason the Village Hidden In The Leaves would have current produced an S rank Nuke-Nin. From early on he wanted training in the arts that were that of the shinobi, so he was trained in shurikenjutsu at an early age and by the time he reached the academy at the normal age of around eleven he was a shurikenjutsu master, with both the standard weaponry a ninja utilized as well as with his paper weaponry that he had learned to formulate.

In the academy Tee was a hard worker, his playful days behind him and he became serious. Still naive but serious at this point. He excelled in the ninja academy and almost all of his milestones remember able. When they were using the special chakra paper to tell what types of elements people had Tee's was surely the most memorable of all. The little boy before him's paper had hardened and dried up declaring he had an affinity for the earth element and he skipped of happily as it seemed that's what he wanted. But Tee stepped up with confidence because he knew what was to happen, both nothing and something. He would touch the paper and nothing would happen initially, it was not moments after that the paper would fold itself in the palms of Tee's hand and form itself into a paper airplane at Tee's digression and fly around before eventually finding it's way to the next candidate as Tee stepped away. Nobody that had no elements had ever walked away more confident than he had that very day. So after his days in the Academy there came a point in time where he eventually became promoted to that of a Genin, and that's where everything slowly became solidified to him. Because he was still naive to what REAL ninja had to do and his parents still babied him as if he hadn't achieved the rank of Genin.

However he learned of the dangers of a ninja during his first mission. The village had paired him with a more experienced team that had just recently had an opening for a Genin which he filled. Not a week after they received a B rank mission. It was a simple but dangerous mission, go into enemy territory, achieve recon and leave. However it did not happen as simply as it should have. The team of four went in what they thought was covert, however from the very beginning they stepped foot into the area of the camp they were keeping an eye on, they stepped into an enemies genjutsu. So to them it looked like nobody was there until the genjutsu dissipated and they were surrounded by a large group of enemies of higher rank than the Genin. A rain of kunai was dropped down from above and luckily Tee was stricken in non vital parts however his fellow Genin were not so lucky. The other two Genin had wound up getting impaled in various parts on their heads. Dead, instantly, Tee could not comprehend the current situation and froze, even when his squad leader gave him the order to release his paper to cause confusion which seemed like the only thing they could do at this given moment. The squad leader himself was known for his proficiency with the raiton element and began striking at as many opponents as he could, but all Tee could think of was his fallen comrades, their blood spilled over him and their bodies limp on the floor. He fell to his knees however a bright flash emanating from his squad leader disoriented him, and he felt himself being picked up and moving. After what seemed like ages he was placed down and he opened his eyes to his sensei who knelt before him with a look of anguish on his face.

The combination of emotion left him confused and shocked and this was his very first experience with death and from this point forward, he was no longer naive to the life of a ninja.

After this experience his leader had recommended he resign from being a ninja altogether because he couldn't even operate after the incident. He would talk to nobody and blamed his parents over everybody since they were the ones who hadn't told him of what he needed to know. So he personally decided to take a vow of silence, not talking until he could find a way to repay the murderers who killed his comrades. So he trained harder and harder with that new goal in mind, and when the time came for him to be allowed to become a Chunin through his experience he took it as quickly as he could.

Now as a Chunin his parents were deployed into the war in place of him, although he had not spoken to them in years they still loved him and in his place participated in the war. When it was over, they did not return, and his insides began to fill with unplaced hatred. He was not sure where to direct this hate to, so he directed it at everybody. When his parents died he said his first words after a few days of solitude, they were to himself after days of thinking and a point of realization. "Fuck the Village Hidden In The Leaves" He had come to the conclusion that it was the villages fault for exposing him to such horrors at such an early age and thus it left him to hating the village. And now that that was in his mind, every little negative about the village he exaggerated to far more than it was. A Chunin right now he took the Jounin exams while still contemplating his status in the village silently. This solitude and amount of thinking he did steadily lead him to become crazy. There were days where he didn't even eat, or he ate things raw that weren't usually eaten raw. One day he had been taking a walk and had been so hungry he reached in the waters of a nearby body of water and snatched up a baby seal eating it raw and while it was alive. This is what lead to his weird eating habits. However After becoming a Jounin he had convinced himself he was done with the village, he had made himself hate the village in it's entirety, he had it set in his mind and officially blamed the village for his wasted childhood years of not talking, and playing with the other children, and he blamed the village on forcing him to grow up fasterthan he needed to and nobody there to give a fuck about his well being but himself. Not once did anybody check up on him to see if he was ok or hell even ask weather or not he cared or not.

Maybe because of the war time people were dying left and right however the reasoning didn't matter, it was too late for them to apologize now. So he defected from the village, leaving in the dead of night with all of his essentials sneaking out in his paper form covertly. It would have been near impossible to have detected him leaving. And from that day forward he became his own ninja working for himself and doing things the way he pleased.

More years of solitude and over the years he became stronger and got a name for himself in various minor nations. "The Paper Assassin" is what he was known as and that's what he would go by when he went through with his plans which included ruining other's happiness like the Leaf ruined his.
