| A messenger hawk would flutter into open window, wearing a tiny vest bearing the Kirigakure symbol. In its talons it clutched a sealed scroll, branded with symbol of the current Mizukage's house. After giving a sharp cry to alert the people in the room to its presense if they had not noticed yet, the bird dropped the scroll on the desk, before flying out of the room.
