Dovahkiin Jutsu

Name: Unrelenting Force

Description: Unrelenting Force is the very first shout learned by the Dragonborn. This shout is the most often used for most of the Dovahkiin clan as it comes in handy during most situations. The strength of this Thu’um depends on the strength of the Dovahkiin, as it grows in power as they learn more words (rank up).
B – Rank: "Fus!" Hitting someone with the Unrelenting Force shout will stagger them. This is handy when used against an opponent who uses physical attacks as it can cause them to lose their balance, thus interrupting their attack. The words must be spoken for the jutsu to work.
A – Rank: "Fus Ro!" Hitting someone with the Unrelenting Force shout will not only stagger them but will also interrupt any jutsu the opponent might be attempting to perform. This can be performed on two people at the same time so long as they’re within three meters of each other.
S – Rank: "Fus Ro Dah!" Hitting someone with Unrelenting Force at this rank will cause anyone within a seven meters of the intended target to go flying backwards, off their feet, for ten feet. This will cause them to suffer environmental damage, and will stun any of those affected for their next post. If used near a cliff or high drop this will cause them to also suffer fall damage or even death if the area is high enough up.
SS – Rank: "Fus Ro Dah!" Hitting someone with Unrelenting Force at this rank will cause the same knock back effect as before, however anyone not wearing A-Rank or higher armor will be incinerated (turned to ash) by the sheer volatile force of this jutsu.

  Description: Whirlwind Sprint is a shout that causes you to rush forward at great speed. It can be used even if you are overencumbered. This shout carries you horizontally, so do not use it to go down slopes; you will find yourself in mid-air when the sprint ends.
  B Rank: "Wuld!" This word will cause you to rush forward 50 feet with a +1 to your overall speed.
  A Rank: "Wuld Nah!" At this rank you will rush forward 75 feet with a +2 to your overall speed.
  S Rank: "Wuld Nah Kest!" At this rank you will rush forward 100 feet with a +2 to your overall speed.

Description: Slow Time is a Thu'um that gives those of the Dovahkiin clan the ability to see things in slower time; increasing for a brief period of time their percetion of the events going on around them so long as it is within their eyesight.
B Rank: "Tiid!" When used the user can see things as if time has slowed down around them, allowing them to pull of feats otherwise not thought possible: such as precieving attacks aimed at them, or even plucking an arrow out of the air. This lasts for 1 post. Cooldown is 2 posts.
A Rank: "Tiid Klo!" When used the user can see things as if time has slowed down around them, allowing them to pull of feats otherwise not thought possible: such as precieving attacks aimed at them, or even plucking an arrow out of the air. This lasts for 2 post. Cooldown is 4 posts.

  Description: Dragon Aspect is a Thu'um that improves your resistance to damage by creating an armor. The stronger the shout is the stronger that the armor is, the more of the body it covers, and the longer it lasts. This jutsu provides protection against physical attacks as well as jutsu attacks of the rank used and lower.
  B Rank: "Mul!" This causes an armor to appear around the users arms that is of B rank in strength. This armor protects against jutsu and physical attacks of B rank and lower. This armor lasts 2 posts. This has a cooldown of 4 posts.
  A Rank: "Mul Qah!" This causes an armor to appear around the users arms and head that is of A rank in strength. This armor protects against jutsu and physical attacks of A rank and lower. This armor lasts 4 posts. This has a cooldown of 8 posts.
  S Rank: "Mul Qah Diiv!" This causes an armor to appear around the user that covers their entire top half of their body (from the waist and up). This armor protects against jutsu and physical attacks of S rank and lower. This armor lasts 6 posts. This has a cooldown of 12 posts.
  SS Rank: "Muh Qah Diiv!" This causes an armor to appear around the user that covers their entire body. This armor protects against SS rank attacks (up to a total of 3). After this limit has been reached it will only protect against S rank attacks and lower. This armor lasts for 8 posts. This has a cooldown of 16 posts.

  Description: Disarm is a shout that pulls the weapon out of an opponent's grasp. The rank at which the user can use this jutsu will depend on who all can be disarmed and how many people at a time. When the opponent is disarmed their weapon, no matter what rank is used, will go flying fifteen meters away from them. This can only be used when the user is within 15 meters of someone.
  B Rank: "Zun" This can only be used on 1 person at a time. Only Chuunin and lower can be disarmed with this shout.
  A Rank: "Zun Haal" This can only be used on 2 people at a time. Only Special Jounin and lower can be disarmed with this shout.
  S Rank: "Zun Haal Viik" This can only be used on 3 people at a time. Only Jounin [A] and lower can be disarmed with this shout.

Description: While using a suture the caster may imbue the metal and string with pure chakra. This causes the metal and stitching material to heat up. This cauterizes the wound. It does not actually burn the wound shut, but scars the open area so it is no longer raw, and the patient does not continue to bleed as bad. The amount of chakra needed to do this depends on the rank of the wound and weapon that caused it.

Description: This technique enables a user to create a funnel of ice and shape it into the length and likeness of a sword. The resulting blade, made only of ice, is extremely sharp but tends to be brittle and can easily shatter if used in the hands of a novice. An adept at the technique can increase the hardness of the blade, making it less likely to shatter upon contact with a hard surface, such as rock or armor. In addition, lower level users (D-C Rank) need a pre-existing source of ice to create the blade, a user who is more adept at the technique can simply use their body heat as a conduit for the necessary chill.

If the wound is large then this technique can be used to partially heal it and make it smaller.

Description: The user flash creates a barrage of shuriken made of aerodynamic ice from the palm of their hands. Due to how quickly the shuriken are created, the shuriken being launched at all directions and their speed makes them nearly impossible to evade without getting hit which can cause serious damage. Despite the shuriken being made of ice, they are extremely fire resistant. The user is able to create 30 shuriken via this jutsu, each of which deals damage comperable to a normal shuriken, with an additional 1/4th inch of pierce/cutting power.

Description: the user creates a large bear's head made of ice over either of their hands and they can use it to attack the enemy. The user uses their ice-covered hand to open the jaws of the bear head and clamp down on any part of the target's body, mainly the limbs, and that part will quickly become covered in frost. Once it's covered in the frost it can be shattered by any blunt force, which can break all but the hardest bones in the body. Contact with this ice causes 1st degree frostbite burns, which penetrate no more than 1/4th of an inch into the skin.

   Description: This is a basic Ice Release technique. After gathering ice chakra within their finger/s, or hand/s, the user gives their target a simple tap or touch. The ice chakra races through their body and freezes them in an instant. However, this technique will not kill them, rather it will merely slow down some vital organs and dodge others altogether. Instead, due to this, the target is forced to "sleep" in a cryostatis-like state. However, unless the ambient temperature is below freezing, this state lasts on 1 post before the target defrosts naturally.

Description: A simple technique that when the users hands are clapped together, wind is compressed and transformed into a powerful gale. This technique, when used as an isolated attack has the power to easily knock over a human. Though the true value comes from using it together with projectile weapons like shuriken or kunai. Their speed, power, and ability to wound are all increased by 1 rank.

Description: More akin to Ice Prsion than Water Prison, the Wind Prison jutsu is accomplished by wrapping the target in a thick sphere of typhoon force winds; rotating and counter-rotating wildly in a way that makes escape nearly impossible. Strong currents of air inside the prison keep the target suspended in the center, away from the walls that upon contact will cause moderate shreading injuries; 1/2in deep gashes and torn clothing. The user of the prison jutsu is immune to this effect as their hand is encased in chakra while maintaining the jutsu. This jutsu has excellent defensive properties; being able to deflect all small projectiles (Senbon, Shuriken, etc) and up to 5 equal or lower rank jutsu not of the Raiton variety. Piercing Raiton jutsu go right through the wind with no resitance at all.

Description: This technique is used to trap a victim inside a virtually inescapable sphere of water. The only downside to this technique is that the user must keep at least one arm inside the sphere at all times in order for the victim to remain imprisoned. This technique requires a sufficient amount of water, which can be provided by expelling it from one's mouth. Once trapped the target is unable to move while within it due to the heaviness of the water. Because of the density of the water it can be used, to a limited extent, for defensive purposes if performed on oneself. If used defensively, the prison can deflect up to 3 jutsu of lower rank before breaking. Any jutsu of equal or higher rank will instantly disperse the water. Any Raiton or electrified attacks would do damage equal to one rank higher then normal because of the excellent conductive nature of water itself, and the users wet skin. Of course this means the user himself would be shocked as well, and take damage equal to the rank of the jutsu itself. Because of the heavy nature of the water; the user's reflexes (dodge and movement speed) are reduced by 1 rank for the duration of the jutsu.

Description: The Water Clone Technique is similar to the Shadow Clone Technique except it creates clones out of water that have one-tenth of the original person's power. Like other solid clone techniques, the clones can be used to perform tasks the user is unable or unwilling to do for themselves. The range of the clone is limited however, as it can not travel very far from the original body without losing control. Like other clone techniques, if the water clones are injured enough they will revert back to normal water. The clones also cannot use any technique outside of the water element. Also after using a technique they will dissipate as they are only made of 10% of the users chakra. The maximum amount of clones that can be created at once is 5.

Description: When a person has been afflicted by a pathogen or toxin, this medical ninjutsu can be used to draw out the agent and heal the damage. The cause of the illness is first determined by perceiving disturbances in the patient's chakra. Then, using a chakra scalpel, an incision is made near the affected part. Using their chakra, the medical-nin pushes a large volume of a medicinal fluid through the incision. The fluid then draws the poison out of the affected part(s) and serves as a medium through which the poison is suspended and then forced out of the person's body. This technique thus removes the poison, while simultaneously repairing the damage caused by the poison.

After the agent is drawn out, it can be used to create an antidote or medicine after it has been analyzed. This can then be given to the patient to ensure a complete recovery. This technique requires the utmost care and ability in diagnosis, incising and unmatched chakra control. Therefore, it is considered an extremely difficult technique, even among medical ninjutsu.

This will almost instantly cause the side effects of quadriplegia (Post 1), followed by bleeding from the head's orifices (ears, nose, mouth, eyes)(Post 2), and then finally causing a very painful death due to a brain aneurysm if no medical help is given beforehand. The dragon is able to catch the target in it's mouth and bite down, dealing crush damage and using shards of ice to pierce 2 inches into flesh while cracking bone. The dragon moves at the same base speed as an equal ranked ninja.

Description: This technique allows the user to create a humongous whale with a long narwhal horn out of ice to attack their opponent. The user needs a source of ice in order to use this technique. The whale is able to 'dive' and 'swim' through any existing source of ice or ice cold water, allowing it some freedom of movement. The horn of the whale is as hard as steel and able to pierce clean through the human body unless stopped by a large bone or A-rank and above armor. The whale is able to crush the target by essentially body slamming them into the ground, at which point the target is basically burried under several tons of ice and snow; at which point they will likely be crushed to death; if not frozen and suffocated before they can be dug free. If the whale attacks in this manner, it is automatically dismissed and the cooldown takes effect. Because of the sheer volume of snow and ice needed to create this beast, it is resistant to Katon jutsu of equal or lower rank; while higher ranked jutsu will melt it fairly quickly.

Description: Similar to the Clone Technique, this technique creates clones of the user. However, these clones are actual copies, not illusions. The clones are capable of performing techniques on their own and can even bleed, but will usually disperse after one or two solid blows. They can also disperse on their own. The clones will be created in roughly the same condition as the original. Shadow clones can't be distinguished from the actual person even by the Byakugan because the clones have the exact same amount of chakra and aren't made from any other substance.
A characteristic that is unique to the Shadow Clone Technique is that any experience the clones gain during their existence is transferred to the user once they are dispersed. This makes the technique ideal for spying, since the user can simply send a clone to spy on a target, then have the clone disperse itself without returning to pass the information back to the user.
(When making a Shadow Clone the user must spend 20 of their chakra per clone, however they may if they so choose give their clone more chakra. Example: If you want your clone to have 50 chakra then you must spend 20 chakra to make the clone and an additional 30 on top of that for the extra 30 chakra. Each clone otherwise will have 20 chakra unless given more - when the chakra is used up the clone will disappear.)

Description: This medical technique forms one's chakra into a small, sharp blade. This can then be used for highly accurate incisions necessary for surgeries and anatomical dissections. Unlike regular scalpels, the chakra scalpel can actually make cuts inside the body without actually creating an open wound, limiting the risks of an infection.
The chakra scalpel can also be used offensively, although it requires great precision to be effective. Because of this requirement, using the chakra scalpel offensively is highly unusual. In heated combat, even the greatest medical-nin won't be able to exert the precision needed to make fatal cuts, but it can still effectively cut muscle tissues and tendons, rendering the target immobile. Adding to the technique's blade like quality, it also appears to give the user an increased level of durability over their chakra clad hands. (25 Chakra)

As soon as a strike of the hand lands, electricity is poured into the enemy's nervous system, severing the signals and deranging their body control. The target's body moves in any way, except how they want it to move. For the common shinobi, battle, not to mention even just walking, will become impossible.

The user usually rides on the back of this wolf in order to control it's attacks and movements. The claws and teeth of this wolf are 3 inches long, and can pierce or leave gashes equally deep, while still cutting up to 1/2 inch into bone. Projectiles fired from the back of the wolf are able to pierce or gash 1.5 inches deep, and are blocked by bone, which they cannot break.

When used as a support, the pather is able to deal B-rank physical damage, while leaving gashes with it's claws that are up to 2 inches deep.

The claws of the tiger can amputate joints such as the shoulder or knee, and can cause decapitation with a direct impact to the neck.

   Description: An advanced version of Ice Release: Black Dragon Blizzard in which the user releases two dragons of black snow that merge into a massive tornado. This jutsu manipulates existing ice and does not create ice. The user has 3 posts to control the dragons and form the tornado before the dragons dissipate. The torando is able to lift anything not nailed down that weighs less than 1/2 of a ton into the air, where it is assaulted by the ice crystals in the vortex, then ejected at high speeds toward the ground. The crystals cause minor damage, gashes of up to 1/2 inches deep; and the impact with the ground will cause major impact damage, with broken bones and internal injuries guarenteed.

Description: On the firs post, the user focuses Ice chakra into the ground and fires a ring of ice toward the target. The ring centers around the target and releases the stored Ice chakra, which creates a pillar of ice around the target that reaches 10 meters into the air. The ice is nearly shatter proof, with only S-rank or higher jutsu of any kind able to break it early. The ice shatters on it's own on the second post; leaving the target severely frostbitten and nearly crushed to death by the weight and density of the ice they where encased in.

   Description: Spiraling Sphere creates a skull sized sphere of raw chakra in the user's hand. Performing this technique doesn't require any hand seals, it simply takes roughly six seconds of preparation, wherein the user concentrates a large amount of chakra into the centre of their hand, applying intense shape manipulation to contort it into a ball. This sphere can be maintained in the user's hand for up to two posts before dissipating. On impact, Spiraling Sphere can severe limbs [if it impacts with the appropriate joints] and cause severe physical trauma, shattering bones around the impact site as well as rending cleanly through up to six inches of flesh. While the Rasengan, unless impacting with the head or heart, cannot cause immediate death, it can cause severe internal trauma that can require immediate medical treatment.

Perceiving the user's position is possible only for ninja who are astute enough to observe minute variations within their surrounding environment, such as distortions of air currents in the immediate vicinity or distinguishing sounds, i.e. footsteps etc. The usefulness of this ability can be entirely negated by those with special vision or sensory skills, except for particularly adept users, who can completely erase even their chakra signature with it.

Since these shuriken are real duplicates and not just images, they have the potential to damage or kill their targets. Also, since fuma shuriken are far larger and more aerodynamic than their lesser counterparts, these clones are faster, heavier, and can sever entire bodies into pieces or decimate structures. This technique is usually used in conjuction with the Shuriken Shadow Clone Technique to create a storm of projectiles nearly impossible to evade.

Description: The user draws water from either a standing water body or the air around them, forming a gigantic humanoid ice dragon armor around their body. The armor is roughly 10 m tall, with wings that span nearly 35 m. With this armor active, the user is able to fly at speeds of up to 100 mph and hover at altitudes of up to 200 feet for the duration of the jutsu. Within a radius of 150 meter around the user, the air is super chilled and becomes extremely dry; allowing everything within the area of influence to begin to freeze over. Over the course of 3 posts, a raging blizzard builds over the area; increasing the damage and destructive force of this jutsu. The ground within the area of effect ice over, causing anyone without Ice Chakra to loose speed and maneuverability; to the tune of 2 ranks in movement speed reduction.
