"And this information is accurate?" Kyouko inquired, only to received an affirmative from the man before him. Humming quietly too herself, she looked back over the report given, as she try to figure out the next course of action.  The most known, but yet unknown, secretive the Elemental Nation is Tsuchi no Kuni struggles against the various yakuzas groups that had taken root within the country during the previous Tsuchikage's tenured. The baboon of a man allowed many different families to move within the border. Allowing them to continue their criminal activities: kidnapping, drug smuggling, illegal weapon trades, etc. so as long as they abide by a few rules set by him. At first the agreement between Tsuchikage and the Yakuzas was working well or at least as close to 'well' as one could get in the given situation. However, that all changed when a few members started slipping up, breaking the rules of the agreement,  and didn't get punished for it. The lack of punishment, breaking the rules was punishable by death, caused a snowball effect to occur, especially when others found out that they could simply pay the Tsuchikage off, and it quickly spiral out of control with the end result being what it is today:  massive criminal organizations, constant wars between rival families fighting for turf, smuggling rampant, etc.

However, not everything was bad. When Kyouko got elected as the next Tsuchikage, the other one simply leaving without warning, she began imploring spies into various families, those who wanted out and would do anything to get it, and systematically began reducing the yazuka's numbers. The woman being far from a pacifist had her technology division to work on ingenious ways to turn ordinal house appliances and clothing into lethal killing contraptions.  An Oyabun strangling himself on his tie would be chalked up as an accident instead of something more sinister. No one would look into the sequential murders of saiko-mon, wakagashira, shateigashia all potential candidates for the vacant position, and all of them dying during the following week with all the evidence pointed to ambitious shateis who wanted to make a name for themselves. Yes, no one would look into such cases. They would all be chalked up to the conflict going on within the organizations. Yeah, no one would fathom that the current Tsuchikage was the maestro who orchestrated this murders perfectly. Only a hand full of people knew what the woman was during, not even the technology division was informed of the purpose behind their creations, and they were to secrecy . . . until now.

"So, someone leaked out information to the Sogana-kai that I was behind the death of their Oyabun? " The brown haired man nodded, confirming the Tsuchikage's word "And now they have started en massing large number of weapons as they beginning to build a strong enough force to challenge me directly?" Again another nod. Well aren't they the bold?  The Sogana-kai is considered the third largest yazuka directly behind Inago-ikki and Hogosha-gum, respectively. They had over two hundred confirmed members with a two thirds of them being former or retired shinobi. The group mainly focused in drug smuggling with few dabbling in the other areas. Their boss, a former council member during the previous Kage's reign, died two weeks ago, and it seems that someone leaked out that Kyouko had a hand in it. Which she did, but that's besides the point. Someone who either knew about her dealings or founded out about them had given Sogana-kai's current Oyabun and now he was gunning for blood. And that wouldn't do . . .

"Thank you for this information. Rest assured that you and your family will be protective till I find ways to escort you out of this country personal." Kyouko stated, watching the man bow before her before dismissing himself from the office. No sooner had the door shut, Kyouko stood up from the oak desk and peered out of the chakra enchanted glass, looking at the village she had sworn to protect. A smile graced her soft features as she spotted her children in all but blood, playing and conversing with one another. This smile didn't last long, her face returning back to a neutral expression as she made her way back to her seat. For a moment she simply looked around the spacious office, taking into account the decor of it. The first thing anyone noticed upon entering is the smell of light smell of incense that gave the place a 'fresh' smell to it. Another thing they would noticed in the three person black couch in the center of the room with two others against the opposite marble walls. There were also pictures of the previous kages hung up with a plaque detailing the time they served in the office. Unseen by all was the fuuinjutsu on the marble walls having them applied there by Kyouko using an ink that only become visible when she activates the seals. Not much had changed in the office between the previous Tsuchikage and current one stay in there.

"Anbu Daichi(prime) go fetch me Kedoin Shin and Nanai Furuya." The Anbu didn't say anything as he/she appeared and disappeared with the slightest air disturbance. Kyouko had made up her mind about what she was going to do in regards to the Sogona-kai. They accusing her of killing their former boss? So be it. But they will realize that saying such a thing has consequences.

Dire consequences. . .

PostSubject: Re: Making a move(Shin & Nanai Only || Plot || No Kill)   Making a move(Shin & Nanai Only || Plot || No Kill) Icon_minitimeThu Jul 31, 2014 9:44 am

It was a rather gloomy day, the clouds imprisoning the village in a dark overcast that seemed to bear heavy rains, yet never unleashed them.  Shin watched the ominous clouds hanging overhead, waiting for the first drops to pour down on him.  It would only be fitting. Today was a good day for the sky to rain.  He looked down towards the stone slab resting on the ground.  So solemnly had been the start of this day.

"Happy Birthday, Eichi Oshiro," he said, slumping down to a crouch.  He placed his hand upon the grass that covered the boy's grave feeling the cold ground that surrounded his friend.

But was it right to call himself a friend of Eichi?  Was it right for him to always visit his grave like this?  Sure, he had been there during the kid's final moments but the kid was too badly burned and wounded to have really known Shin was there when he died, that Shin was the one that carried him back to the village, that Shin was the one who had worked his butt of trying to discern the kid's identity, and that Shin was also the one to bear the news to the kid's family.  Still, none of that really meant Shin was a friend of Eichi.  Neither of them knew a thing about the other.  What was known about Eichi was what was written down in mission reports and test results.  Those didn't show the true person of Eichi Oshiro. Neither did sitting and staring at his grave.

Shin sighed as he stood up.  He always did this to himself whenever he visited Eichi. Always doubting whether it was okay for him to be doing.  Each time the result was the same; he didn't care whether people thought it strange or thought that he shouldn't be there.  What he saw of the kid in the few moments that he was alive had made enough impact on Shin to make him visit.  And he would keep on visiting as long as he could.  Eichi Oshiro died too soon, and whether he liked it or not, Shin had taken on the boy to live both their lives together.

Just as he was about to turn and leave, an ANBU operative appeared behind him.  "Shin Kedōin," he said.  "The Tsuchikage requests your presence at once."  And just as he had appeared, he was gone.

Shin turned around to only see the last bit of flickering of the ANBU operative's departure. The Tsuchikage needs to see me, huh?  He hoped all the Tsuchikage would want to just brief him on another mission assignment.  That or maybe a nice chat.  She was quite the woman.

With one last glance over his shoulder at Eichi's grave, Shin left and headed for the Administration building.  He prefered walking whenever there was no need for rushing.  The ANBU operative had said that he was requested at once, but the walk wasn't too bad.  Only a few minutes as long as he didn't get distracted by a shop along the way.  Which he didn't, and soon arrived at the Tsuchikage's door after a good ten minutes of walking.

Stepping into the office after getting the permitting head nod from the guards, Shin was quickly enveloped by the smell of incense and the very modern furnishings.  The marble walls shined spectacularly.  They must wax these walls every day, Shin thought as he compared the marble stone that was also used in his own home but which could not hold a candle in comparison to the ones he stood surrounded by now.  Making his way around the black leather couch in the middle of the office, Shin approached the Tsuchikage's desk.

"Here as was requested," Shin bowed from the waist momentarily. "Lady Tsuchikage."  He stood back, erect and waiting for orders that he would no doubt be receiving.  He doubted she had brought him here for just a personal chat, yet as he stood there looking at her being so calm, so elegant, he couldn't help but have a bit of hope that she indeed had just wanted to talk with him.  Just him.

PostSubject: Re: Making a move(Shin & Nanai Only || Plot || No Kill)   Making a move(Shin & Nanai Only || Plot || No Kill) Icon_minitimeThu Jul 31, 2014 2:05 pm

Located at the training grounds of Iwagakure, it was moderately packed today, with mostly genin and academy students going about within the area. Some decided to actually train to increase their level of skills, while others were simply spread jocularity in the area. Not only there were genin and academy students, but there were some other ranks such as other jounin instructing and lecturing their team members.  The weather though seemed rather fair with just only mere gray clouds covering the blue clouds along with mildly chills here in there in the air, but there was no harm done in the making, at least for the woman.  From there, was Nanai sitting herself on top of a large spire, with both hands behind her in which she leaned on, while her legs were out in front of her, obviously curled together since she had on a skirt. Her sky blue eyes glanced down at the grounds, as she gave out her usual blank facial expressions, looking as if she was rather done with everything in life and her level of bother-mind is low, or the fact that she never looks happy. A faint yawn crept through Nanai as she covered her yawn with her left hand.

For some reason, this was where Nanai usually rests. Not at her own home where she has the freedom to do whatever from there nor outside, yet not too far off from the village where it was even better to get away from others, yet a possible chance of running into someone that could taint Nanai's peace. This was regularly where the jounin can be found, usually to get away from social activity and the fact that no one can really notice her up on this large spire. Socializing wasn't so much a hobby she can do, or even try out to enjoy. Though, she couldn't say that this place was the greatest spot to unbend. Unfortunately, this was the place where her near death experience came in place. With the typical love-hate relationship with her once-to-be friend whose name will not be mentioned for Nanai, where a large slash was received to her stomach, hence why she's still wearing a blue belt. Although the pain was gone yes, the scar was still noticeable and not to miss. If she wasn't taken for serious solemn medical attention, who knows where this woman would of ended up right now. However, Nanai had no ruing nor a hint of sorrow of her near death experience. Whatever happens, it happened. Although, she would consider herself fortunate than untimely in which it would be a little doubtful to be pessimistic on herself.

Nanai placed her hands on the belt around her stomach as she gave in one more sigh, still recollecting the heinous events she had to encounter right in this very area. Although the memories were being recalled, her facial expression shows nothing, maintaining nothing more than a bored, and empty mien kept on her eyes and lips. Inside however, was a scared little girl, who couldn't expunge the near-death experience. Nanai will get over it, eventually. The jounin thought that now would be a good time to simply take a short nap to relieve some of the stress she was gaining, in which it seemed like a good idea for her to do. But before Nanai could do anything, she heard a male voice calling out to her from behind.

"Miss Furuya," The voice called. It wasn't so long for Nanai to turn her head, seeing an ANBU representative speaking before her. "The Tsuchikage behests your attendance at her office." He spoke with an elaborate tone.

It only took just a few seconds to figure out what the woman's next actions were, which was of course to attend herself at the Tsuchikage's office. Getting up from her position did she signal a nod for the ANBU representative to understand she'll be there. With that said, the ANBU turned himself around, taking off in just a few seconds. Nanai lifted out her arms sky high, stretching herself before she simply jumped off of the large spire and onto the ground, at first landing in a squatting position, then straightened out her legs after, standing up in a linear posture. So, the kage wanted Nanai for something probably salient, yet what was the reason behind her request?

This better be worth the time. Nanai thought. Of course, the jounin has some high respects for the kage, but then again she would never know if there's something grim or even something plain silly to Nanai's eyes. Whatever the case may be, Nanai was about to find out. Once she straightened out her standing posture, she then made her way to the Tsuchikage's office. A mere twenty minutes flew by ever since Nanai departed from the training grounds, yet it seems as though it was obvious Nana was late.

Eventually, the jounin has made her way to the office of the Tsuchikage. The moment she took a step in, Nanai was already dazzled by the scenery presented to her. The fragrance, the decorations, the furniture, everything was just flawless to her eyes,  envying the setting of this office with her own home, not that it wasn't so... "fancy" or anything. However, she didn't travel her way here to admire the locale of the Tsuchikage's office, as her natural dull facial expression says it all. However, it looks like Nanai wasn't the only one that the kage wanted. From there, Nanai saw a tall male standing in front of the kage's desk. The woman had no case of showing any despondency of whether she was requested alone or not.

For a form of an apology, she first bent herself forward straight in a ninety degree angle, with her back bent backwards with her arms glued to the side, straightened out. "Forgive my detestable appearance, Kagami-sama. I'll be sure to get here in a hastily manner next time so I won't be so late as of now." She gave a prim apology. Straightening herself up, Nanai then used her left index finger to pull away just a few loose black haired strands that covered a small portion of her face, back behind her left ear when she bowed. Her sky blue orbs laid contact on the male a short few seconds, still remaining her blank expression. Crossing her arms, she then made her way around the couch and in front of the desk of the Tsuchikage, of course standing a few centimeters away from the male, awaiting on what will happen.

"Would she accept it?" Kyouko mused too herself, reading over the file of one of the two individuals who she had summoned to her office, while waiting for them to appear. Asides from work with Nanai  a hand full of times throughout of her career as a shinobi, she didn't know anything about her. There were always rumors regarding the pair, but she didn't take much stock in them. "But there's a silver of truth in each rumor." She thought, recalling a particular conversation she had with a fellow medic-nin who spoke about a kunochi by the name of Nanai was emitted too the hospital in order to threat a near fatal injury. At the time Kyouko didn't pay much attention the words of a drunken man, for she herself didn't have any interest in the medical field nor any reason to concern herself with the well-being of another, dark times they were.  She had just written it off as nothing more than a lie, used to stroke the medic-nin's ego for he apparently helped saved the female in question. Now that she thought about it, maybe, just maybe, she should have looked into the man's claims and found out more about Nanai Furuya. "It's too late for that." She murmured looking over the female's file, and noticing her performance throughout her career: Nanai was good with only a few blemishes on an otherwise successful career. However, the woman could do better, much better, she just needed the right motivation. "You will not grow complacent under my watch." She whisperedr, before setting the file aside and focus on the other one; Kedoin Shin.

Just like Nanai, Kyouko didn't know much about him except from rumors and what little personal experience she had dealing with him. Although she knew more about him then she did the latter. A jounin with inspiration of joining Anbu, and ultimately becoming a captain or commander. The man has served his time as a Jounin well, earning praises from the Jounin Commander and some of the other higher ups, much like Nanai.. He understood the pain of losing someone, like most Jounins do, and knows how to overcome it and move on, but yet never forget it.  He doesn't abandoned his comrades as evident of him bringing Eichi back home, and even attempted to save the child with the efforts being futile in the end.  He wasn't a drone, questioning the credibility of a mission if he felt something was amiss; a trait that Kyouko loves.  Yes, the man had what it took to move up the shinobi ladder, and Kyouko knew he wouldn't refuse her offer.

Closing the file and placing a top of the other one, Kyouko turned her attention back to the reason why she had summoned those two here. But before she could dwell on the matter at hand, the feeling of someone using Body Flicker alerted her to Daichi's return; the Anbu member reporting that the task was done before bowing and disappeared into the shadows within the room. No sooner had Daichi disappeared did Kedonin Shin walked through the door, stopping a front of the couch and bowed to her. Kyouko's neutral expression didn't waver through the entire thing. Chestnut brown eyes stared at the man before them, as if they were evaluating the person's worth "Good. And you are on time too." She spoke, her voice giving nothing away "Now we just got to wait for the other one. . ."

For seventeen minutes Kyouko didn't utter a word to the shinobi before her. She simply went about reading a random mission report from a chuunin in regards to unearthing a child slave trade ring. There are truly some despicable people in this world.

Kyouko had finished reading the two page report and wrote a note regarding a key piece of information within it by the time Nanai graved them with her presence. "Yes, lets make sure this doesn't happen again?" She stated, her voice not given away the annoyance she felt in waiting for the Jounin to appear. There was a reason why Body Flicker was taught to all shinobi. Anyway.  "Kedonin Shin. I have heard many good things about you." She stated stroking the man's ego a little "The same with you, Nanai." Not leaving the female out of the picture.

The sudden use of body flicker and the appearance of the Anbu Commander didn't surprise Kyouko at all as she addressed Shin once more, as the commander stood beside her with  a standard issued Anbu attire with porcelain mask in hand "Kedonin Shin, your request for joining Anbu has been granted. And you'll be known as Kokoro for as long as you wear this mask. Make us proud" Kyouko said, watching the commander given the uniform  to the new Anbu member.

"Nanai, you are one of Iwa's Top Jounins, and while I'm grateful for that, I think you can do better. " She said, pausing to see Nanai's reaction in being told that her performance isn't good enough "So, as of this moment, you are not longer a Jounin of Iwa. Instead you will become the first Sannin that Iwa has had in the passed forty years.  You'll work closely with Me, the Anbu and Jounin Commander, with helping the later devise training regiments for our shinobi force in as a whole. " She said,  allowing Nanai to soak up the information.

"Now lets get down to the real reason why I called you here." Going through hand-seals the marble walls lit up with seals as they were all activated at once sealing off the room from the rest of the world "What do you know about the Sogana-kai?"

Making a move(Shin & Nanai Only || Plot || No Kill) Empty
PostSubject: Re: Making a move(Shin & Nanai Only || Plot || No Kill)   Making a move(Shin & Nanai Only || Plot || No Kill) Icon_minitimeFri Aug 01, 2014 5:41 pm

Waiting for 'the other one' to arrive, Shin started to wonder exactly what was going on.  To his disappointment he was not called by the Tsuchikage for the two of them to have a private discussion.  He knew there had been no chance of that, but still... a guy can dream, right?

He and the Tsuchikage waited in silence for seventeen minutes.  For each of those minutes, Shin took small glances while pretending to be interested in the furniture and view of the office.  Beautiful things attracted the eye, so what could he do?  It was a natural tendency.  Any single, hot-blooded man would be caught doing the same thing.  Shin rolled from his heels to his toes and back again in a rocking fashion, keeping himself from boredom.  After a while, even taking small glances at the Tsuchikage would get old and boredom had hit him.

Fortunately for Shin's sanity, the 'other one' that showed up was another kunoichi.  Well, this looks promising.  The kunoichi dressed just as fashionably as the Tsuchikage, he noticed as she came in and apologized for her lateness.  Shin would have been damned if this hadn't gotten his blood flowing.  Yet he kept his cool.  Whatever the reason for being called to the office, it was definitely business.  After a rather long look at the new girl, he'd guessed that he had seen her face before.  She was from the same village after all, there had to have been a few occurrences where they had been in close vicinity at some point before today.  Still, he didn't recognize her.

Only when the Tsuchikage spoke did he turn his attention.  He only nodded in response to the Tsuchikage's compliment, then parting his lips just so when the other kunoichi's name was revealed.  Nanai... I'll have to remember that.  But then his attention was quickly distracted by the sudden appearance of the ANBU Commander beside the Tsuchikage.  Seeing the clothes and mask held by the Commander, Shin started to feel anxious.

It had been a few years since he had quit the ANBU.  The last time being a mission he'd decided not to follow and covered up his disobedience.  Though that had ended up making him look good enough for the Jounin promotion, he hadn't really thought that his recent application back into the ANBU Black Ops. would really have gone through.  Now that the Tsuchikage had granted him back into the organization, he didn't know what to think, let alone say.

However, one thought crossed his mind.  His eyes turned to Nanai while his face stayed forward.  She now knew the true identity of Kokoro.  Though just instated, this was quite the security leak.  His mind began to question the Tsuchikage's decision to have inaugurated him in front of another.  But when he heard the Tsuchikage name Nanai as the village's first Sannin in forty years he quickly understood that the Tsuchikage trusted this kunoichi.  Although he still didn't like the fact that Nanai now would know who he was behind the mask.

Oh well, nothing I can do about that now.  Shin accepted the ANBU uniform and mask from the commander, bowing slightly and thanking him and the Tsuchikage for the honor.

She then delved straight into the next matter of business.  Of course, this wasn't enough business for both of us to be called here on such short notice, now was it? He thought to himself, smirking outwardly.  When the Tsuchikage posed her question, Shin was a bit at a loss.

The Sogana-kai were a division of the Yakuza.  That alone was all he really knew.  His attention of late had been more towards fixing up his house.  Just a year ago it had looked like nothing but a misplaced part of Iwagakure's Shantytown.  Now it looked at least like a proper home for the neighborhood he lived in.  No more shantytown.

"Forgive me, Lady Tsuchikage.  My knowledge of the Sogana-kai is almost non-existant.  All I can think of is that they are a subgroup of the Yakuza.  Beyond that I am not of much help."  He bowed his head slightly in shame.  He was supposed to be known for his knowledge but now he just looked like a fool.  Shin silently cursed his shanty home for having distracted him.

PostSubject: Re: Making a move(Shin & Nanai Only || Plot || No Kill)   Making a move(Shin & Nanai Only || Plot || No Kill) Icon_minitimeSat Aug 02, 2014 3:18 pm

The Tsuchikage first started off by complimenting the male first from the things that she have heard about him, and then came along Nanai. As the kage spoke, she then caught onto what the shinobi's name was. Kedonin... Shin. She repeated the name in her thoughts, making a mental note on it. Honestly, she found the name to be somewhat adoring. Although it was just any other name to remember, it was simple and clear, nothing more. Asides from that, she wasn't too sure on what the kage heard on Nanai. Personally, she can be pessimistic on herself from time to time, so she doubted anyone caught her doing something spectacular or something along the lines. Then again, where was the point to deny such details, especially to the Tsuchikage? For now, it was probably for the best not to worry on little aspects like that.

The ANBU representative then came from the shadows in almost mere seconds, as she then held the ANBU uniform to Shin, including a mask. The Tsuchikage then announced that the male was now apart of the black ops of Iwagakure. Turning her head to Shin as her pure blue orbs laid on the man, she then gave in a nod as a sign of congratulating him afterwards, with the most fainted smile, but still somehow not much noticeable. "Congratulations, Kedonin-san. I hope you serve this village well." She then said, referring Shin by his last name and still keeping on the honorifics, considering he isn't wearing the mask in which covers his identity, then turning herself back to the kage. Honestly, Nanai also wanted to be apart of the ANBU, which was of course her first goal when she was in her academy days. At the same time however, it felt like it wouldn't work out so well. Though, she does hope for the best of Shin in the future.

The Tsuchikage then changed the subject over to Nanai, in which she complimented on her as being "one of the top Jounins of Iwagakure", in which she gave in a small, simple nod of understanding. However, she then shifted towards her work not being quite good. Her fainted smile quickly faded away, giving off a shady sigh. Nanai would also say the same thing to herself, truthfully. After her near-death experience as a child, she isn't afraid to admit that her work was somewhat atrocious. It wasn't actually atrocious, but it's a word the woman could use to describe her activity. "And I'm sorry for my... godawful performance, Kagami-sama. I'll try my best to do better next time." She mumbled, only just giving a simple bow of her head with of course still maintaining a blank expression.

However, she was then told that she's now the first Sannin Iwagakure had in forty years or so, as Nanai will work not only with the ANBU and Jounin Commander, but with the Tsuchikage herself. Her eyes slightly widen in shock, as her lips made a tiny gap in between them. Hopefully this wasn't some sort of dream. Next to trying to become a ANBU, being a Sannin was something Nanai thought she would never achieve, despite having a goal of it. And here she is now, actually gaining that title. Her lips curved downwards, forming into a large warm smile of not only excitement, but with joy and esteem. A moment like this was able to break through Nanai's blank expressions through a more noticeable emotion, which was quite rare to see. Giving in another straight ninety degree bow, she then said, "Thank you, Kagami-sama. I will be most definitely sure to improve my performance with an opportunity like this given." She then thanked gracefully, with her tone of voice filled with elation. Of course, this would also mean that Nanai might work with Shin from time to time, now that she was a Saninn.

Straightening her position once again, she then asked about a ground named the Sogana-kai, which quickly led her back to being expressionless on her face. Of course, Nanai completely had no knowledge on this group, as this was basically her first time hearing about them. "Unfortunately for myself as well, I have no comprehension on this 'Sogana-kai', as this is my first time hearing about this particular group. I am most sincerely sorry for my ghastly cognition, Kagami-sama." She then spoke apologizing with also giving in yet again, a ninety degree bow and afterwards fixing herself up again.

PostSubject: Re: Making a move(Shin & Nanai Only || Plot || No Kill)   Making a move(Shin & Nanai Only || Plot || No Kill) Icon_minitimeMon Aug 04, 2014 3:29 pm

The happiness she felt as both of her children, metaphorically speaking, accepted the positions, with the latter one pledging to become stronger, was slightly overwhelming for the Tsuchikage but it was hidden behind a gentle smile and eyes that brimmed with warmth. It wasn't an uncommon occurrence for Kyouko to show some form of emotion when it came to those under her command, seeing them not only as shinobi but her children as well. And like any mother, when they succeed she feels happiness and  show it but during so in a control fashion, she was the Tsuchikage after all, and the same can be said when they fail for she does silently weep for them, in the privacy of her living quarters. This parent-like outlook also extends to the majority of Tsuchi no Kuni, and it's that reason why she herself having to take drastic actions against those who dare to cause harm to her children.

Unfortunately neither of them knew about the Sogana-kai, not surprising considering the family don't make moves publically, always using ploxies and/or other smaller gangs/bandits to due their bidding. Sogana-kai never been the one for direct conflict, preferring to hide in the shadows and allow others due their bidden.  While Kyouko commended their attempts,  they still leave evidences behind showing who had did the deed. It wouldn't be surprising that the two before her have a mission regarding the family and not even known it. In fact there's a good chance they have, but that was for another day.

"The Yazuka. Our previous Tsuchikage allowed Tsuchi no Kuni to become infested with various Yazuka families, and like anything disease it spread rapidly throughout the country. Territory wars was a constant back then, and many innocent people lost their lives for simply being in the wrong place at the right time, and yet the former Kage didn't nothing about it. " Her hands subconsciously tying as she thought about the actions, or lack thereof, of the previous Tsuchikage " That all changed when I got into office. Unknown to the majority of our forces, I have been to systematically destroying each and ever yazuka family, killing of their boss and next in line for the seat and during so in away that every death would seem like an accident or the during of another rival family. " Pausing briefly to see the reaction of the two at the revelation of what she has done.  "There are three big families referring to themselves as the Trinity alliance, with each one have a member base over 200 hundred strong and with some of them being former shinobi or council members." The last part was mumbled but still loud enough for them to hear "These families are;  Hogosha-kai, Imago-ikki, and Sogana-kai. Each one of them specialize in a certain area in the criminal underworld. While they might call themselves the Trinity Alliance, they are anything but that. At most they simply allow each other to control a certain market allowing them to gain a monopoly within the given area, wars and disputes between them are settle in a peaceful manner with the accused being handed over the family that they  did wrong and dealt with according. Any disputes not dealing with any of in the alliance is dealt with personally by the respective family with the others not interfering." She stated allowing the information to sink in before getting to the heart of the matter.

"Now you know something about the Yazuka groups, let get down to business." She stated handling them each a folder, the words 'Classified' being stamped on each "Five months ago the Sogana-kai's boss met an unfortunately demise when he pummeled to his death, the floor boards underneath his inner onsen given away. A new Obayan(boss) took the helm a month later. Just now I recieved information from a confidant that the current boss founded out that I was behind the killing of the former boss, and has been en massing weapons in preparation for a fight. Now, I don't know who leaked this information but whoever did will face the consequences, however, the fact remains that the Sogana-kai is preparing to move against us. " The ramification of such an act being oblivious. For if they allowed the Sogana-kai to make the first move then it would be a blood bath for Iwagakure no Sato "Within your each folders in some information regarding the Sogana-kai's first and second lieutenant along with the gangs/bandits that are under their command. Go over the information, ingrain it into your memory" She stated allowing them to go over the information in the folders "These are your targets. In a two week time, I expect them all to be dead. Do you understand?" If there was any time for questions this would be it.

Making a move(Shin & Nanai Only || Plot || No Kill) Empty

Despite the snow white marbles and the midnight black leather furniture surrounding all three of them, Shin felt a warmth while being with these two women.  It seemed to be coming from the mutual care from each of them.  He could tell the Tsuchikage had already fought off some teary eyes as the two of them had accepted their new titles.  It was odd, the look in her eyes during that moment pegged to a memory of his own mother after he had shown her his forehead protector as a symbol of graduation from the Ninja Academy.  Though the Tsuchikage only seemed to be emotional for a second or so before continuing on with her question.

Shin listened with Nanai as the Tsuchikage told the both of them about the Sogana-kai.  It turned out he was right, they were a part of the Yakuza, but then he learned a lot more from the Tsuchikage's words.  Apparently the last Tsuchikage had allowed the Yakuza to run rampant.  Something Shin should have been more aware of instead of standing there like a fool just now learning of the state of the world.  Yet there he stood, listening and taking in the new information being said and taking mental notes.  It was a brief history to say the least, but all they needed to know for the time being.  Later, Shin would see to it that he get more information about how the Yakuza organizations and families completely ran their business.

Upon hearing the leak of intel that had just been discovered by the Tsuchikage earlier that very same day, Shin's eyes widened a bit more.  A leak meant there was a hole and wherever the whole was, the mole that made it would be close.  With the information leaking that Tsuchikage Kyouko was behind the killings things would really escalate, just as she had said weapons were being amassed.  A war, basically, was on the forefront of the Hidden Rock's future.  Probably one of the first wars to happen internally in decades.

Shin Kedōin took his folder from the Tsuchikage, taking a seat on the right side of the black leather couch that sat just behind him and Nanai.  Laying his newly awarded ANBU outfit along the armchair, he started skimming through the folder's contents.  It consisted of information for the first and second lieutenants of the Sogana-kai, the major threats from the information leak.  Looking their bios, Shin got a good idea of what they might be capable of if given the chance to start this crime war.

Hearing that these two were his target -- his and Nanai's -- he felt a ping of excitement run through his body.  A fresh target for him to take on in his newly acquired ANBU uniform and maybe even carry out his first ANBU operation.  Still, which one should he take if the both of them were their targets?  Did the Tsuchikage want them each to pick one as their own targets?

He mulled over the options and how each might play out.  Nanai's skill was obviously noteworthy for being proclaimed Sannin, so he didn't doubt that either of them could take these guys on one-on-one.  Still, there may be some use he could pull out of one of these guys to dive into the Sogana-kai.  In fact, an idea began to bud around his brain that would center on his clan's specialty.

"Understood, Lady Tsuchikage," Shin said, looking up from his folder to the Tsuchikage, then turning to Nanai.  "I actually just thought of a way we could really get something more out of this besides their deaths.  It'd mean we take these guys out together, unless you were wanting to split these targets up between us.  But, I think I could use one of these guys to get inside the organization and I'd need help to do that."
