Description: The user combines both sediments and water to make a paste like substance that dries quickly. Once it dries, it becomes a very hard, compact grouping of rock that is a grayish color. The user can then manipulate the cement once it's made, and uses it in various ways. The cement is harder to break, then rock itself and can prove quite strong in various situations.
Unlock Requirements: Doton and Suiton to a minimum of B-rank each.
Special Training Requirements: Training Cement Release requires an additional 2000 words for each rank. Cement release jutsu require an additional 700 words for each rank.
