Name: Jinzo
Type: Living Full-Body Armor
Rank: SS-Rank
Upgrade Slots: 3
Affinities: The wearer's Elements
Description: This armor is actually a living being. It refers to itself as "Jinzo". The user of this armor must first have gathered the scattered pieces of Jinzo, put them together, and earned the respect and trust of Jinzo. After all of these tasks are completed, Jinzo will attach himself to your wrist as a bracelet. When he senses danger, he transforms into his armor form, which is a thick coating of invisible matter. This will destort how the user looks a bit, due to it bending the waves of light around it. ONLY THOSE WHO HAVE EARNED JINZO'S TRUST MAY WEAR HIM. IF YOU COLLECTED THIS OFF OF A BODY, YOU MUST COMPLETE THE MISSION IN ORDER TO WEAR IT. The armor's defensive capabilities are as follows. All A-Rank and below attacks that aren't weak against the selected element or strong against the selected element are negated. S-Rank is lowered by One Rank. Either the element that is in use or the element that is weak against the selected element are negated S-Rank and below, and SS-Rank attacks are lowered by one rank. If an element is strong against the element being used, the armor will only negate B-Rank and below, and lower A-Rank by one rank.

Enhancements: This armor has the ability to pick up on the wearer's chalkra natures, allowing it to become the nature that the user focuses into it. You don't have to focus any chalkra into it, and it becomes neutral armor until you charge it. You may only do this once per turn, and it cost 10 chakra more for each nature change. (1st 0, 2nd 10, 3rd 20...)
This armor also has the passive ability to block attacks with ease. If you can see the attack heading toward you and have at least 1/5 of a second to react, Jinzo will pad that area so the hit will do less damage. This will negate S-Rank attacks that aren't strong or weak against the element selected, as well as lower SS-Rank attacks by one rank. If the element is weak to or the same as the element selected, SS-Rank attacks are negated. If the element is strong against the selected element, A-Rank jutsu are negated and S-Rank attacks are lowered by one rank. This effect costs you 25 chalkra for every attack you block in this way. (You don't have to use this)
Due to the fact that the armor is alive, it can manipulate how it moves and looks to make it silent and undetectable. Using this, the armor blends in with the world around it, effectively making it invisible. This also makes the user unable to make sound other than talking. Their breathing is completely quiet, and is undetectable unless someone bumps into you. If you move your arms or other limbs, it still does not make noise. This effect uses 10 chalkra per post active.
This armor has a strong affinity for nature and sound waves around it. Because of this, it is able to detect people in a 100 meter radius, as if they were standing right next to you. When this effect is active, a person would need SS-Rank cloaking items or jutsu. This effect takes 10 chalkra per post.

The final enhancement on this is a passive +1 to all Ninjutsu techniques used.

I'm not very good at judging items but I'll point out what I can see

For starters I think that even for SS-rank armor it should at be like this

S-rank jutsu's will still do normal damage, But A-jutsu's will have their damage 1 rank lowered and everything below is negated. Otherwise you won't be able to take any damage whatsoever. The point of S-rank jutsu's to me is to use as a last resort to deal actual damage. I could be wrong on this however.

The element damage reduction from effective elements is fine.

Blocking attacks with ease I have some issues with. I think that 1/5'd of a second is too fast. It would be nearly impossible to land a hit on you. I'd make the time 1 full second. That way people who specialize in super fast attacks will still be able to land at least some hits on you.

I like the way that you can decide whether or not to use the ability. The 25 chakra for every attack blocked is good.

If this armor silences movement. Make sure to mention something along the lines of ''Even when the user would move their arms they would not make any sound'' Something along those lines.

The one thing that I notice is that this armor has a load of abilities that cost chakra per turn.

10 for picking up on chakra natures, 25 for blocking, 30 for undetectability and 30 for the sensory. If you were to use all of these in battle (Which you might have to) It would exhaust you really fast. So maybe It's an idea of toning it down? It's just an idea.

Well these were pretty much my opinions. You should problably ask Gen to have a look at it aswell. I'm not that good at items.

All Armor negates attacks that are 2 ranks lower. It's just a fact.

That is why they are called Enhancements, good sir.

The reason these cost so much is so users of the armor don't do a couple things.

1. Block every attack (That's why the reaction time is so fast)
2. Change chalkra natures to negate all attacks every turn

But, on the note of the Sensory and Undetectability, I toned it down a bit.

The reason this is so OP looking is because it is a story item. I need to do about 5S rank missions to recieve it, and 1 SS rank mission to be able to wear it. u - u

As far as I can see it should be good, but let Gen or Kuai take a look at it just in case

You did fine, Kiyoshi. <3 That was honestly a very good moderation.

Just change Affinities to "Variable", and reduce the range of the detection further; even at SS, that kind of range boosting is too much. If the wearer was a sensor type ninja, it'd be fine; but non-sensor suddenly gaining abilities better than a master sensor is a tad much.

And because this is SS rank, it'll need Kuai's input as well for final approval. Far as I'm concerned though, this is passable.
