Minimum Rank: Jounin (A-Rank)
Description: Kyokuton is the ability to function like a particle-accelerator and fire beams of ionized particles (the Polarity chakra) that expel deadly doses of radioactive energy upon penetrating a body/substance causing immediate cell death and organ failure. In more detail, Kyokuton alters the polarity (inducing +/- charge) of individual gas particles and momentarily sustains its unstable atomic structure. High density lightning chakra is fused with gas particles to ionize them. These ionized particles are then accelerated with high speed wind chakra to create Polarity chakra capable of penetrating any substance (apart from lead). Upon penetrating a substance the Polarity chakra loses its energy and breaks down, particles re-stabilise their atomic structures and discharge radioactive energy.
Unlock Requirements: Raiton trained to S rank, and Fuuton to at least A rank. 2000 extra words required to unlock to D rank.
Special Training Requirements: Polarity jutsu begin at B rank. All Kyokuton jutsu must be bought and trained, they cannot be taken as freebies with the exception of legendary jutsu awards.

On reading this, I noticed that these jutus cause COMPLETE organ failure AND cell death? This would most definitely need to have both two elements trained to SS, OR you could make it so you have to double-spec lightning, due to the "high density" needed. Only needing it at S and A rank is not enough for a release that can destroy organs in an instant.

This needs to be a Kekkei Tota, not just a basic advanced element. This is as strong as, if not stronger, than Plasma and Dust, so adjust it to fit.

How exactly is this different from the effects of nuclear release? If the different between them is one is accurate and the other is widespread destruction, then we're gunna end up combining the two cause they're basically the same thing in that instance.

I wouldn't mind this being mixed with Nuclear. U - U

Hmmm, I see what y'all are saying.  Honestly I came up with this while in bed for some sort of KKG that would combine Wind and Lightning.  If y'all think this should be combined with Nuclear, and it's ok with Daiko, then I'm up for that.  I was only making this to somehow form something together with Wind + Lightning.

So, let's just combine this with Nuclear.

EDIT: Nevermind... not so much Nuclear as I think about it more.
