| It was truly disturbing what had happened to this place; Kumogakure no Sato had become a land of death and destruction. There was nobody left in the ghost village, save for those who Takezo Kensei was looking for. He wasn’t sure where they would be or what they looked like but he knew that they were around. Keeping in the shadows when the sun was at its peak in the sky, Takezo kept his bow, Oberon, in hand at all times, not wanting to be caught off guard and not wishing to be unarmed when he needed it either. He kept his Sharingan activated as well, knowing that were he to run into them it would be very important for him to have one of his key tools primed and prepared. The three tomio spun into life in his eyes as they turned from dark brown to blood red and he scanned the area, attempting to sense any chakra signatures around. - Sharingan:

Description: The infamous dojutsu of the Uchiha clan, The first of the Sharingan's powers is being able to see the flow of chakra. The Sharingan itself gives colour to chakra, allowing the wielder to differentiate them.They are also able to tell if a person is under a genjutsu because the person's chakra flow would be irregular. The Sharingan's second-most prominent ability grants the user an incredible clarity of perception, allowing them to easily recognize genjutsu and different forms of chakra, though not to the same extent as the Byakugan. This also allows the user to pick up on subtle details, enabling them to read lip movements or mimic something like pencil movements. As the Sharingan evolves, gaining more tomoe, this ability extends to being able to track fast-moving objects before finally giving some amount of predictive capabilities to the user, allowing them to see the image of an attacker's next move from the slightest muscle tension in their body and counter-attack or dodge without any wasted movement. However, even though the user may be able to see an attack or know it is coming, their body may not always have time to react. The user can memorize ninjutsu, genjutsu, and taijutsu with near-perfect accuracy, allowing the user to use the techniques as their own, or even modify them to create their own new techniques. In order to reproduce a copied technique, however, one must have the necessary skill or ability to perform them. The wielder of the Sharingan, through continued use and training, changes its form further, which involves the eye maturing fully until it has three tomoe. As the Sharingan develops, the user gains heightened abilities through the heightened ocular sense.
Each tomoe must be gained through a time of extreme emotional stress, generally a real fear of the death of oneself or a loved one or a reaction to a loved one dying in an unnatural manner, with a word count accompanying the awakening of each tomoe.
The young Uchiha boy couldn’t sense too much at this point, though there was a chakra signature that seemed far too familiar for him to avoid. He decided that he would make his way towards the signature, holding his bow in his hands and preparing to draw if needed. His white hair was falling over his ANBU mask from beneath the hood of a robe that he had pulled over his ANBU Armour and trademark suit, this time a simple black three piece suit with a white shirt and olive green tie. He wore a pair of black wing tipped shoes with broguing on the tips and a simple black leather black belt to match around his waist. His footfalls were careful and silent, but he imagined that wouldn’t help at all with the holeman girl around, and he was extra cautious to not be ambushed… - Items:

Enhancements: Oberon's main ability is the fact that it doesn't need arrows. For five chakra the user of the bow can create one arrow by drawing the string back. In any post they may use up to fifteen chakra and create up to three arrows. Due to the fact that the arrows are not real and are created by chakra means they do not follow the laws of physics and therefore do not need to be angled. They will always fire directly at whatever they are aimed at. For an additional fifteen chakra Takezo can kinetically charge the arrow, causing it to explode inside of its target, able to liquify organs and shatter bones.

| Kaia had kept an eye on things through her Chakra Radar ability since they had arrived: she wanted no chances of someone overwhelming them, or getting the jump on them. However, other than the fleeing villagers she hadn’t seen another single soul alive within the broken down village… at least, until now that was. A frown formed on her face as she picked up clearly an individual who was within a mass of shadows; something that would have hidden him from normal sight had she had any given the high sun. - Chakra Radar – Passive Ability:

Description: The user is able to expand upon the usage of the constant Chakra Radar and scan much more of a distance. As the range increases, so do the details of the scan. A user can use a scent to track a specific person. Once found though scanning, the user can "zoom in" and even "lock-on" to the person or scent. People underground or using Doton Techniques to cover themselves are invisible to the scan. Being interrupted or startled while expanding the Chakra Radar can over-whelm all senses and stun the user for up to 3 posts.
D-Rank: The user is able to scan a small area, roughly the size of a yard. People and animals in the scan that are outside of this radius appear as intangible blobs, and it is almost impossible to distinguish between the two.
C-Rank: The user is able to scan a larger area the size of a city block. People and animals in the scan that are father away are becoming clearer and can be seen.
B-Rank: The user is able to scan an area the radius of about 5 city blocks. Chakra appears as colors in the scan. Male, Female and animals each have their own color and can be distinguished by such.
A-Rank: The user can scan an area the size of a village. The radar is so accurate at this state that the user can see clear details such as clothing, scars, tattoos and facial features.
S-Rank: The user is able to scan an area the size of a country. The radar allows the user to see places and other people in crystal clear detail, just as any average person would.
Side Note: Kaia should have 1,250 chakra, however as a permanent ability 50 chakra has been removed from her overall pool to keep this ability in play all times.
“There is someone with a bow attempting to hide in some shadows: the person is wearing a mask so I cannot see their face, but they’re dressed rather well….”, she said softly, knowing that her father was never too far away from her. Then suddenly her head tilted and a frown appeared. “The individual is moving in this direction now…” She couldn’t say entirely why he had suddenly seemed to realize where they were, though she assumed that perhaps it had something to do with the beast sealed inside of her – her chakra was a little off the charges, a larger pool than what most others had. Kaia got to her feet, her hand already on her Blind Fury Stick, Mrytenaster, which resembled a blind person’s cane. Given the cloth covering her eyes it would be easy for anyone to assume that she was indeed blind; and she would keep up the disguise until it no longer worked. Of course, there was another purpose to her grabbing up her weapon – it was capable of long distance attacks, making it easier to level the playing field against someone with a bow. - Mrytenaster:

Description: Blind Fury Stick Swords have a full length straight katana disguised as a simple walking stick. The blade of this Blind Fury sword is fully tempered Adamantium. It has a black lacquered handle and scabbard. Cloth storage sleeve. Individual specifications may vary slightly per sword. Around the scabbard of the six seals with the seven resting under her hand that acts as the “trigger” for the other seals.
There are six seals in total, all of which affects Myrtenaster's combat abilities. They are red, light blue, violet, white, yellow and finally, blue in color. Each mode also seems to have another setting where runes of that color appear on the blade.
When unsheathed the sheath acts as a weapon itself becoming a shorter, stronger version of a bo staff, allowing for duel wielding of both weapons at the same time and effective combinations.
Enhancements:
Red (Katon Charged)- When channeled into the weapon, this seems to create a repulsion effect, capable of completing canceling out the attacks of other weapons. It can also be used to boost or repel others in another direction. Due to the crystal being charged with fire this allows the user to manipulate fire. Red runes appeared on the blade when this is done.
Light Blue (Ice Release Charged) - When used directly, this setting sends out a wave or field of ice from the blade, useful for trapping or immobilizing a foe. When channeled into the weapon, it also creates restraints that the user can launch towards a foe using a circling motion of Myrtenaster's blade.
Violet ( Dark Release Charged ) - This setting increases the users' attack power for a split second, allowing her to deal high damage with a slash attack. It is possible that this setting creates the black glyph that appears to have a motion-cancelling or adhesive effect, which allows the user to imobolize a target for a specific period of time.
White (Non-Elemental Charged)- This selection can create a seemingly solid force/energy disc. The user can stand on this seal, using it as a platform for various acrobatic movements, including braking a free-fall and quickly reversing her motion by kicking off of it mid-air. When directly channeled through the blade, the white setting instead creates what can best be described as a 'finishing move,' causing enormous damage to foes. When used on the Giant Armor, it appeared to disintegrate into ice shards after being hit with this move. On a final note, this spell, when channeled into the weapon itself, is shown to temporarily create a unique, glowing design along the length of the blade.
Yellow (Raiton Charged)- Appears to enhance the users' agility and speed for 2 posts, giving a boost of 50 miles per hour.
Blue (Fuuton Charged) - When channeled into a glyph, this setting appears to create an anomalous gravitational field directly above the seal. The user uses this setting to launch the target in the air after luring it onto the seal.
Sentience: This weapon has shown some form of intelligence when it comes to recognizing the chakra signature of the user. Because of this only the user is capable of handling the blade to his full potential: no one but the creator, Kaia, or those whose chakra she has made the blade aware of may activate and use the revolver chambers that activate the abilities of the rapier. Even regular use of the blade by anyone outside of Kaia is reduced in effectiveness by 3 whole ranks: meaning that anyone attempting to use this blade would find it as effective as a C ranked weapon.
“I can only see the one individual…”, she added, having waited to a moment to see if anything else moved out of the ordinary, but nothing had. This was the only living person outside of their trio around for many upon many miles. | |

| There's someone with a bow attempting to hide in the shadows... Mitsuo Uchiha's eyes scanned the horizon. While he wouldn't be able to see exactly where she was talking about she had said that he was moving towards him and had told him an approximate location, which was all that he needed. Ever since reuniting with Kaia her chakra radar skill had been an extremely useful asset and he was glad that she had given up her eyes, as it had truly made her more powerful. Sure she would never again use Amaterasu, but it wasn't exactly something that she would miss doing as it would have eventually made her blind anyway. No the chakra radar was much more useful to her and was most useful to him as well. Once she had told him there was someone else in the area he quickly activated his Sharingan, the three tomio spinning into life in his red eyes before turning once mure into the Eternal Mangyeko Sharingan, a mixture between his and Kaia's Mangyeko Sharingan. Once this was complete a rift began to open in the world around his right eye and sucked him in as he told Kaia "I'll look into it." He was sucked into the alternate dimension and then reemerged directly behind the archer who had come to visit them, his hands reaching to his back where the Twin Blades resided. When he drew them he would swing the two blades together as he drew, the one in his right hand aiming down at the young man's left shoulder and the other aiming lower at his left side just above the hip. If the man was to block and turn around he would simply Kamui to a spot where Kaia would be safe and prepare to attack again. - Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan:

Description: The Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan (永遠の万華鏡写輪眼, Eien no Mangekyō Sharingan) is a permanent version of the Uchiha's Mangekyō Sharingan.
Over time, use of the Mangekyō Sharingan's techniques deteriorates the user's eyesight to the point of blindness. Only by taking and transplanting the eyes of another Uchiha clan member can the vision be restored, a process that results in the creation of an Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan. The tighter the blood ties are between the "donor" and the receiver, the better it is for compatibility, siblings for example. The time from fusing the donor's Mangekyō with the receiver's Mangekyō to the point of full recovery is at least several days in the case of Sasuke. Not only does this process permanently restore one's eyesight, but it also gives the person even greater power. The Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan also changes form from the original, with what appears to be a fusion of the current owner's Mangekyō with the previous owner's.

Description: Kamui is a powerful Mangekyō Sharingan dōjutsu that creates a unique and specialized form of space–time ninjutsu. It allows the user to achieve two very distinct, yet closely associated feats — teleportation and intangibility.
Right Eye:
The unique trait of this eye is the ability of intangibility. When activated, any part of the user's body that overlaps with a solid object is seamlessly warped to the other dimension, making it appear as though he/she is phasing through them. Using this ability, the user can dodge most attacks, and by overlapping his/her entire body into large objects, he/she can not only conceal himself/herself from view, but erase all traces of his/her chakra. The user is also able to enter and travel through the ground using this ability, a characteristic he/she can often exploit to ambush his/her opponents from below. Though he/she is unable to establish any physical contact while being intangible, the user can still use chakra chains. He/She also seemingly possesses the capability to extend this intangibility to whatever he's/she's touching at the moment of activation, as long as he/she is able to maintain some form of contact with at least a part of the desired item or person. The user centres his/her Kamui around his/her right eye and also requires physical contact with the target to warp them.
B Rank: The user is capable of dodging one attacks per post by warping part of their body into the other dimension. The user is also capable of entering and traveling through the ground. The user is capable of fully entering into the shared dimension at this point, allowing them to teleport. The user is also now able to conceal himself/herself from view along with erase all traces of his/her chakra.
A Rank: The user is capable of dodging two attacks per post by warping part of their body into the other dimension. Justice and Retribution are simple longswords. Their blades are silver in colour with their names etched into the blades. They have golden crossguards and wooden hilts, with a heavy steel pommel at the bottom each, which works as a counterweight. Mitsuo's twin blades are capable of inflicting three inch cuts to their opponents, making them extremely lethal. If he is to smash his opponent with the pommel it is able to break the bones wherever it is to hit. With a well aimed strike they are easily able to sever a limb and case massive bleeding damage. Due to Mitsuo's fuuton affinity, he can channel his fuuton chakra into the blade for ten chakra per blade, increasing the cutting power and allowing them to cleanly slice an opponent in half. They can be used one at a time or as a pair. Enhancements:Name: Armour of the Sword Saint Type: Full Body Armour Rank: S Upgrade Slots: Affinities: Description: The Armour of the Sword Saint is a jet black set of full body armour that is owned my Mitsuo Uchiha. The armor, however, only covers the legs, shoulders and torso of the user. This armor completely hides any trace of the users chakra, making them very difficult to detect. It is meant for stealth and therefore silences their movements completely to anyone using A rank sensory techniques or lower.

When not worn, this cloak looks to be a dark and heavy cloak. When worn dissolves into a shadow shroud around the wearer leaving only the broach as a physical link, the shadows remain regardless of light, and it obscure the wearer's identity. Protection: While worn the cloak always masks the wearer's exact location so that they are protected from fine targeting abilities. Enhancements: The cloak hides the wearer and their effects (weapons, gear, ect) from any sight/light based sensory of S rank and below. Any kind of bonuses the jutsu caster gets from their jutsu are negated in relation to the wearer. (Eg: The doujutsu does not provide an increased reaction or other effects in relation to the wearer. For all intensive purposes sensory/doujutsu are not active when viewing the wearer of the cloak.)

The Fumetsu no Hononoken is a five foot long greatsword, simple and unornate in construction. It has an orangy yellow glow to it's blade from the Katon affinity that runs through the blade. When wielded by a katon aligned shinobi licks of flame run up and down the blade. Enhancements:The immense heat of the blade makes it so that it is able to cleave through any B rank armour or lower, and if the armour is made of wood it can cut through A rank and lower and set it on fire. It is also capable of causing third degree burns upon contact with flesh due to its intense heat and it's immense stature also conveys a +1 to the wielder's strength.

| Takezo was a little surprised. He was positive that their group was the only ones around for miles, but then this guy had…wait a minute…why was he thinking that? He was having a strange moment where it was as though someone elses feelings and thoughts had become his own, not quite knowing what to make it this as he continued moving forward. He had come to a position where he could see the camp where they were staying and was about to bring the bow to bare when he suddenly felt a strong chakra presence directly behind him and his instincts kicked into play. As the assailant who’s chakra seemed to be way to familiar drew his blades, Takezo had already begun turning around to face him, quickly ducking and taking his bow into one hand and pulling out a card with the other, which he pressed his thumb and forefinger to in order to charge it. Once the swing was where the blades were about to connect with where he was standing he threw the card, using his Kinetic discharge ability and knocking the assailant back, were it to hit of course. Had it not hit his bow would still be brought to block the attacks from the blades, the strength of the weapon making it able to stand up to even the most vicious sword slashes, and he would be safe at least for the moment. - Kinetic Transfer:

Description: In order to use this technique all Takezo must do is touch an object. He creates a small seal on his finger tips and transfers bakuton energy into the object, therefore kenetically charging it. As soon as the charged object comes into contact with another person (besides Takezo) or object it will transfer the energy once more. If this hits a living being it will knock them back two meters and onto the ground, and if it hits another object it will create a small explosion powerful enough to crack stone and brick.
While bringing the bow to block he couldn’t help but notice that the man, while clearly slightly older, looked almost exactly like him. It was as though they could have been distant brothers, though given the assumed age of the older male Takezo thought it more likely that that wouldn’t be the case. Never the less, he was now fighting against two opponents, one of which had just teleported once again away from where he was standing to draw his attention from the other, who had the same chakra, though it was as though it was being amplified by something else as well. He was truly hoping that he would have been able to avoid a fight, but it didn’t seem as though that was going to happen… - Chakra:

| Kaia reached up and adjusted the cloth that was wrapped around her eyes while she watched through her chakra radar as her father Kamui’d himself from nearby her to right behind the archer she had mentioned. She then watched as he prepared to attack the man who had likely sensed the chakra signature behind him and had turned around to dodge the attack with a unique form of dodging.
With a frown on her face now she found herself thinking, ‘Take your mask off… I want to see your face…’, as she focused on the individual who had been brave enough to come venturing into the wasteland that once was a village. When her father Kamui’d out of that location she found herself wondering exactly what this archer was going to do in response. Did he know where he was? Kaia herself could see him quite clearly just like she could see everything…
Her hand rested on her weapon while she simply watched for now, a strong breeze blowing from the easy and causing her white hair and the black trails of the cloth that covered her eyes to billow around her. ‘Why would you come here alone? Didn’t you know there were three of us here? Who would send you to your doom like this?’, she found herself thinking. | |

| As the card slammed into his chest he was knocked back slightly, more than a little impressed as he Kumai’d away to another location where he would be able to attack the man again. It was not often that he wasn’t able to defeat an opponent in an attack like that, and this young man was quite impressive. Mitsuo was sure that he had to be an Uchiha, as the Sharingan was one of the only ways that someone would be able to dodge such an attack, which simply made this fight even more interesting. He had now wondered how much the young man had unlocked the potential of his Sharingan. While he mulled these questions over he began shaping chakra in his hand, which was hidden behind his back, into a small ball of chakra, the ability that was famously known as Rasengan, and with his sword still clutched in his other hand, the other one having been left in the other realm to be picked up later, he rushed towards the man. He would swing his sword first towards the left side of the young man’s head, hopefully connecting or causing him to duck to the right, which was where the hand would come from behind his back and the Rasengan would be aimed. Either way there would be an attack launched towards his head and he would find it extremely difficult to get out of this situation. Mitsuo was hopping that he would either be able to defeat the man with this blow or unmask him so he could see his face and confirm or deny a sneaking suspicion as to who this man was… - Rasengan:

Description: Spiraling Sphere creates a skull sized sphere of raw chakra in the user's hand. Performing this technique doesn't require any hand seals, it simply takes roughly six seconds of preparation, wherein the user concentrates a large amount of chakra into the centre of their hand, applying intense shape manipulation to contort it into a ball. This sphere can be maintained in the user's hand for up to two posts before dissipating. On impact, Spiraling Sphere can severe limbs [if it impacts with the appropriate joints] and cause severe physical trauma, shattering bones around the impact site as well as rending cleanly through up to six inches of flesh. While the Rasengan, unless impacting with the head or heart, cannot cause immediate death, it can cause severe internal trauma that can require immediate medical treatment.

| Takezo was prepared for an assault, noticing that one of his opponents was not attacking. He wasn't entirely sure why, but he appreciated the fact that the person had decided to allow him to have a one on one battle with this man, who seemed to be immensely powerful. As Takezo's glance stayed away from the man's eyes, who he imagined to be the Uchiha he was told about, he saw him emerge from another portal and begin running towards him at a remarkable speed. Takezo was almost overwhelmed and as a sword blow came towards him he ducked to the right, just in time to dodge it, though another attack was close at hand. The spiraling sphere of chakra came within inches of his face, destroying the mask that he wore before he dropped to the ground and swept at the man's feet with his bow, drawing the string up and firing directly up at him. If the man didn't teleport away he would have been impaled by a chakra arrow, which would explode in his chest, though in the more likely scenario that he did Takezo would quickly get back to his feet and find where he had gotten to once more. He would then pull a deck of cards from his pouch and tap either end, drawing the cards out and suspending them above himself. "Do you know who I am?" he would taunt as the cards would begin to fly down his arm directly at wherever the man was standing, hopefully connecting. Were they to connect they would carve a large hole in the man that he was sure even he couldn't survive... - 52 pick up:

Description: Takezo pulls out a deck of cards, which already has seals attached to each card that are placed in advance. He creates a small seal on each of his fingertips and then touches the top and the bottom of the deck with his right hand before moving his hand to the right, pulling all of the cards out of the deck which suspend in midair in a spiral being kinetically charged. He uses the seals on his fingertips to control where the cards will go, extending his arm and shooting the cards in a straight line at his target. When they connect they each transger the kinetic force creating small explosions each alone able to shatter bones and create large lacerations, blowing off limbs if they hit them. The move is completely devestating if it connects in its entirety.

| Kaia watched from her position as her father was knocked back slightly and then Kamui'd away to prepare for another attack. While she couldn't see her father when in that dimension she could see as he emerged once more that he had one sword on him, not two. In the other hand was the beginning of what she could guess was an ability she herself could use: Rasengan. She continued to watch as her father went to attack the man once more, wondering if this masked individual would be as lucky as he had been the last time. It also brought around a question as to how he had gotten so lucky... Did he have some sort of sensory? Or was this perhaps Sharingan in play behind that mask?
And then all of her thoughts were wiped out of her mind as the mask that the individual was wearing was destroyed. The face that was beneath it caused Kaia to gasp: it was like looking into a younger version of her father, or a male version of herself. The identical-ness was... uncanny. And then the stranger was preparing for another attack and opening his mouth to speak.
'Ít's you...'
"It's you...", the words were echoed both within her mind and voiced out loud as she heard the strangers voice. This was the same voice she had heard in her head during those five years in which she had searched for her father: the voice that had both taunted her playfully as well as soothed her during the nights she wanted to scream and rip her hair out.
'You're the voice in my head. The one I've been hearing all of these years... but how? Why?' What did this all mean? Should she stop the fight? Attempt to get some answers? Or should she allow her father to finish the man off and destroy him? Or... perhaps something else. Perhaps she would wait and see what her father's own reaction would be to this young man before she decided on her next course. | |

| As Mitsuo teleported away one final time after the leg sweep, he retrieved his sword and teleported, once again, a little further away from the man, but in a position where he was close enough to see him. All of his suspicions were confirmed when he saw the man's face. This man was Mitsuo Uchiha, or at least it was another clone of him, much like Kaia was. He would have started laughing but he didn't think that would be appropriate, and instead he spoke to answer the younger version of himself's question. "You are the son of the Sword Saint, that's who you are. You gained a lot of his natural skill at a young age and matured quickly to become a truly impressive shinobi, just like I did..." Mitsuo stored his weapons on his back, though his hands were never far away from pulling out another weapon in the Sword of the Immortal Blaze which was strapped currently to his hip. This truly wasn't something that he had expected earlier on, but after fighting with this young man it had become obvious quickly. "You look exactly like I did when I was your age, I'm assuming you're fifteen like my daughter over there." Mitsuo nodded in the direction where Kaia was standing. "And if you're as much like me as I'm sue you are, you want answers more than anything. You're not here to kill us, or at least I assume you're not, so why did you come to a place where you knew there was a group of people who leveled a village?" He didn't turn off his Sharingan, not wanting to risk the fact that the young man wasn't as much like him as he was assuming he was, but he also refrained from attacking anymore and he assumed that Kaia would do so as well... - Chakra':

| It’s you…Takezo looked around, not sure where the voice was coming from, but it was one that was certainly familiar to him as he had heard it several times before. You're the voice in my head. The one I've been hearing all of these years... but how? Why?' He wasn’t sure what to say or think at that point. I don’t know what you’re talking about…He turned his attention to where the man was now standing who had sheathed his weapons and wore a smile that was identical to Takezo’s, who pulled out another deck of cards, putting the bow on his back as well and not letting the cards go just in case. As the man spoke though, Takezo began to feel weak and nearly collapsed, as though everything that he had ever worked towards had just crashed into him all at once. Nobody knew that he was searching for the man named Kensei, the Sword Saint. But here was this man, who looked exactly like him, who knew what he was after, who knew that name. He claimed that he was his son, guessed his age perfectly, and Takezo found himself not knowing what to think at all. “But how? You can’t be Kensei…I’ve waited for so long for him…I’ve looked for so long and searched everywhere…I destroyed the facility where I was ‘born’ simply so that I could learn the man’s alias. How could that man be standing in front of me now…How could that man have destroyed Kumo…” Tears ran down his face, the whites of his eyes staining red with the salt while his sharingan remained active and he fell to his knees with his head in his hands. - Chakra:

| Slowly Kaia took steps towards her father, ensuring she watched this individual who looked like a younger version of her father in case he tried to attack while she moved in which case she would just Flying Thunder God herself out of harms way. She listened to her father speak to the young man, only confirming what she originally thought: this was her brother, and given how close they looked to be age, likely her twin.
"Yes you do...", she responded out loud while it echoed again in her mind: this time her voice loud enough to be heard verbally as well. Of course, her father likely wouldn't know what she was talking about, but she was damn sure at this point in time that this young man would.
She focused her attention towards her father for a moment, figuring she should explain as she came to a stop nearby: leaving enough distance in case the individual chose to attack. "Ever since that day I died I've heard a voice in my head. When I was frightened the voice would offer comfort, or a playful teasing, I even argued with this voice on occasion.. I thought I was just going crazy, losing my mind. But... that's not the case. He's that voice in my head... I. just don't know how." It didn't make any sense and yet it made perfect sense.
When the young man began to cry she could feel his pain as vividly as she felt her own confusion: the urge to rush over to him, to comfort him, grew and yet she held back - she knew this man and yet she didn't and the last thing she wanted was to risk being attacked or coming across as if she were attacking him.
"Even now as I feel his emotions I'm sure he feels my burning curiousity, my urge to offer comfort... Isn't that right... Takezo?" She couldn't answer the other questions he asked, she would leave those to her father - she simply wanted to unravel the mystery that was this connection, this bond, she could feel between them. | |

| Mitsuo watched as his daughter approached, seeing the two together and noticing the uncanny resemblance. He wondered how many other clones of himself may be out there in the world, but he wasn't overly worried. They seemed to have some kind of bond, made evident by the fact that they were speaking without talking. Mitsuo wondered if it was like the bond he had with his brother, but it was impossible to tell if that was the case or not.
"I'm sorry, Takezo, I cannot answer all of your questions. I am not able to tell you why I destroyed Kumogakure no Sato, but know that it was for good cause. I can tell you that I seek to stamp out corruption and hatred in this world, and is there truly a better cause than that?" He smiled his trademark grin and walked up to the boy, allowing his Sharingan to be deactivated as his eye turned back into the regular dark brown that he normally sported. "But I can assure you that I am your father, and that you are definitely my son." He looked towards the boy, still keeping his hands near his blade, not knowing what he was thinking and not overly sure he wanted to chance relaxing in such a situation as this... | |

| When the man who had claimed to be his father stepped towards him, Takezo could see that he had deactivated his unique Sharingan, something that he would not be so foolish to do. He had no idea how his "sister" and "father" would be effected by his next attack, but he had to try no matter what the case. After listening to his "sister's" words, he waited for his "father" to approach him and pressed his finger and thumb towards the deck of cards that he was holding, quickly drawing the cards out and causing them to spin around himself. Were either of them to look at the cards they would be caught in his jutsu, a genjutsu made to stop an opponent in their tracks. They would see the cards begin to surround them, trapping them in place so that they wouldn't be able to move at all and he would take this advantage to walk up to Mitsuo Uchiha and get a truly close look at him, just to see if what he said was true or not... - Pick a Card:

Description: Takezo pulls out a deck of cards and touches the top and bottom of the deck with small chakra seals on his index finger and thumb. Once this happens he will move his hand away from the deck and the cards will pull from the deck and suspend in midair, spinning around him in a circle. If the opponent is to look at the cards at any point of this they will be captured in the Genjutsu. When captured, the victim will see the ring of cards form around then and become bound by them as they will begin to spiral up and down around them in a double helix, close enough that if the opponent was to move he would touch the cards. Were he to move, the cards would cut him and cause lacerations to his skin, exploding where they cut. The explosions can potentially blow off limbs, though this only happens in the mind of the opponent. In reality the opponent is left motionless, unable to move to avoid incoming attacks. He will not be awoken until he is hit with a technique or weapon of A Rank or higher.
"I'm sorry, I have wanted this for too long...I find it hard to believe that now of all times it is coming true." He would keep an eye on Kaia as well, as she had yet to do anything of note in this fight, looking for any opportunity to pick up an impressive technique from the girl who shared an uncanny resemblance to him. - Chakra:

| Kaia could see as her father deactivated his eyes and it caused her to bite her lip for a moment as he begun to speak: she didn't fully trust Takezo, perhaps because she knew him as nothing more than a voice in her head and his intentions were as of yet entirely clear. Therefore, she kept a closer eye on her father and brother, worried for his own well being over her own given that he was the closer of the two to Takezo. When Takezo suddenly began to use his cards again was when Kaia finally went into action: she was not going to risk her father being hurt in front of her, and given he had deactivated his Sharingan, there was no telling what could possibly happen. So as the cards were once against 'delt' Kaia focused on one of the two seals she had placed upon her father during the period of time that they were destroying Kumogakure: the Reversed Flying Thunder God seal. She was further back than her father when it came to being near Takezo and it seemed like the better of two plans: teleport him to her instead of throwing herself in front of him. Therefore with the seal activated she 'pulled' her father towards her via the seal, causing him to instantly be teleported to her right side. This wasn't a painful process of course, and she highly doubed it would even seem uncomfortable due to her father's usage of Kamui. - Reversed Flying Thunder God:

As long as this has been done they can reach into a dimensional void at will that instantaneously allows them to grab the intended target and pull them to the users location. Because this technique is able to affect anything that is in contact with the users target or somehow connected to their chakra, they can also use this technique to teleport other objects or people, though the amount of chakra required is directly proportional to the number of/size of person/objects being transported. | The boy was smart not to trust anyone, something that Mitsuo himself had a tendency to do. When he was drawn towards his daughter he noticed that the boy was performing a card trick, causing him to fall victim to the genjutsu, as he was focused on making sure that the cards didn't hit him. By the time he noticed, however, it was too late and he was being surrounded by cards that threatened to trap him. As he tried to move he was dealt a deep laceration and burn, which made him decide that moving once more may be a bad idea. He knew that it wasn't possible that he was actually trapped in these cards as his armour would have protected him from sustaining any energy, but at the same time he was not able to escape from the jutsu. He had to say he was quite impressed with his son, as he would never have left himself so opened otherwise, but he would rely on the fact that his daughter was over protective, to say the least, to protect him in the event that any harm may befall him... | |

| As soon as he saw Kaia move, Takezo activated his Copy Wheel Eye and watched the technique she had performed. She had thought about using the flying thunder god technique, but this wasn't quite that, though it was very similar. He smiled as he stored a move in his memory, something that he hoped he would be able to use at a later time, and then watched as Mitsuo Uchiha was trapped in his Genjutsu. - Copy Wheel Eye:

Description: The Copy Wheel Eye allows the Uchiha ninja to memorize and possibly learn any jutsu they see. The jutsu, once seen, can be memorized for the course of the remainder of the current thread at the cost of 1.5 times the basic cost of the copied jutsu. If the user wishes to keep the jutsu, they must pay for it like normal (Once the jutsu is learned, the chakra cost returns to normal). If the element used in the jutsu is not one of the user's elements, then the user must pay 1.5 times the normal amount of chakra to use the jutsu. He simply wished to speak and he projected as much of that through his thoughts and emotions as he could. He knew that he could feel her anger, and he imagined she should be able to feel his sincerity. He held both of his hands up to show that he meant no harm and continued. I see that you are a fuuinjutsu user as well, and an impressive one at that. I wonder if father possesses such powers, or if we are simply fortunate. Perhaps that was one way that the cloners made us different from him...He looked towards his sister, taking a few steps towards her, coming slowly and cautiously. | Kaia shifted slightly, though it was more of protective habit than an actual mental command to her body, putting herself in between Takezo and their father as she realized quite quickly that whatever Genjutsu those cards had meant to put him under had worked. She could feel through their bond that he was sincere in his words that he was not here to harm them, but to simply learn about them. She also knew now that what he had just done had another motivation to it too: to gain access to one of her abilities. She found herself unable to be angry - the fact that she had fallen so easily for such a trick amused her more than anything else.
When Takezo moved closer she stood her ground, not moving an inch. Her hand remained on her weapon but she didn't draw it, and after a moment a sigh escaped her and the rigidness of her body loosened. Her anger, though still there, diminished somewhat and another feeling enveloped her: it was almost a longing: the urge to have someone her own age to share her secrets and stories with, someone who was young enough to fully understand her own point of view... someone like her twin.
'Father is very similar to us... and different at the same time. The cloners put something in us that changed our DNA only slightly. But, it was enough for both of us, it seems, to develope slightly different abilities than him. But, for all that matters were are an identical match to him: we have no mother.'
At his next question she bit her lip for a moment and then finally nodded, though her response was as telepathic as the last. 'All I know is that someone was jealous of our father: they wanted his power, they wanted him. Yet, they knew they could not control him. And so, they devised a method to steal a portion of his DNA, the how of which I am unsure of, and to create us so they could hope to control his power through us. Raise us and make us dependent on them so that we could be fully controlled: so that we could be their weapons. I know father found me while I was very young, I do not know what he was doing in the location they had kept me, but he found me just the same and raised me as his own child... just as I am sure had he known about you he would have sought you out as well. When I was younger I could sometimes feel like I was connected to something; to someone - that must have been you.'
She shook her head slightly. 'Sometimes father and I would come across more facilities like the one I... we.. were created in, and we would burn them down, but that's all I know...' | |

| Takezo took in the information that his sister was telling him with great interest. He moved towards her getting closer and closer, eyes always watching to make sure that she wasn't going to attack him, and sharingan always active more out of habit than anything. When he was finally in front of her, he placed his bow on the ground and smiled softly, getting a good look at her for the first time. He knew that she was just like him, there was no denying that the two of them were both clones of the Sword Saint from their appearances and from their power. He reached out his arms slowly and wrapped them around her, were she to allow him to do so, speaking the soft words "I've looked for my family all my life, and here you finally are." When he let go, or if she hadn't allowed him to hug her, he would brush a hair away from her face and look at her blindfold. "Is that how father gained the Eternal Mangyeko Sharingan? It is said you need someone who is compatible with you to make them..." As he spoke he sighed softly, not wishing to make his sister unfomfortable by speaking about a subject he imagined she didn't want to talk about, but he was so curious about his family. "Also, do you know how to perform the Flying Thunder God technique? Because that seal from before was so similar.."- Chakra:

| Kaia found herself feeling guilty next: guilty that they hadn't found out about Takezo sooner. Guilty that he had had to spend fifteen years growing up without knowing who they were. Guilty that while he had gone through whatever his life had thrown at him she had at least got to spent ten of those fifteen years with their father, protected from the cruelness of the world.
And so, with these thoughts and emotions now floating through her mind she lifted her hand away from Mrytenaster as her brother had fully reached her. When he moved his arms slowly around her she returned the gesture just as slowly; not wanting to startle him as she returned the hug. When he pulled back she released him, smiling gently when he moved the strand of hair from her face.
At his question she bit her lip and gave a nod of her head in conformation: he had figured or guessed things out so far so there really was no point or harm in letting him know a little more. Or so, that was what she figured. His curiousity that seemed more a thirst for knowledge of the people he wished he knew than any sort of other darker goals caused her to speak again of the matter: though telepathically so that no one else could chance over-hearing. 'About five years ago I went exploring in an old castle. I stumbled across a giant suit of armor that I thought was nothing more than a decoration. It wasn't. It was a chakra beast. I fought against it, but in the end I was no match. I was torn to pieces... Father arrived just in time to see that. As I died in father's arms I removed my own eyes and gave them to him, so that he would put them to better use than I did.'
A soft smile formed across her face again. 'Of course, I had no way of knowing that would not be the end of me, and nor did he. Which is why I spent the past five years searching for him, and he had spent the past five years thinking I died... until we recently met up. That's why I knew who you were the moment I heard you speak. Your voice in my head was what kept me going: it was the only reason I didn't lie down in a ditch somewhere and let death take me after I thought I had lost our father... '
She then shook her head slightly. 'As far as your other question; yes, it was one of the skills I acquired while searching for our father. But what of you? You said the Kazekage sent you.. surely she can't be part of this whole cloning thing?' | |
