Anything you need handled specifically by the Mizukage can be done here: including rank-up requests as well as travel requests. Please fill out the appropriate template listed below for what you need and then post it in this thread: if you have multiple requests to make at one time please keep them in a single post.

Rank up Requests Template:

Character Name:  Character you wish to rank ups name
Current Rank: Current ninja rank
Desired Rank: Rank you're apping for.
Jutsu: Link to your Jutsu List
Missions: Link to missions required for rank-up.
