Rogues Gone Wild [ Mission || Private || Clyde ]

Mission Information:

Daiko glances down at the sheet in his hand, and lets out a sigh. "Another mission that involved killing.. Hmmph." It had seemed that a lot of ninja were defecting at this time. It didn't help that a war was going on between Konoha and Kumo. Finding the home of the one he knew as Clyde, he opened the door, walking in. "Clyde, get your ass up, we have a mission to do." He smiles, waiting for the young boy to get ready. Although some would say he was too weak to come along, Daiko thought differently. Although this boy was a bit stupid, he was definitely capable of handling a mission if he was assisted. Looking at the necklace he had bought him, Daiko then stuffs the necklace in his pocket. Perhaps when this mission was complete, he would give the necklace to him. "I SAID HURRY UP, CLYDE."

Clyde was eating his bowl of "Sweet Honey Sunshine Flakes" in his pretty pink poney pajamas. His ceral contained rainbow, happy faces, and pretty dresses marshmallows. Clyde's pajamas were covered with pretty pink ponies that were saying "I love you, butter sprinkles!" Clyde was sitting at the edge of his bed stuffing his face. He was starring at the television intensely with a large amount of interest.
"But butterscotch, I like chocolate man better then marshmallow boy!"
Clyde spit out his cereal all over his hard wood floors.
"YOU BITCH! HE HAS TRIED TEN FUCKING TIMES TO LOVE YOU! BUT YOU DON'T YOU UNDERSTAND HE IS PERFECT FOR YOU? CHOCOLATE MAN IS A LOW LIFE BITCH, AND YOU CAN DO WAYYYYY BETTER!"
Clyde breathed heavily in anger as milk rolled down his lower lip. He looked over at his door to see Daiko has been standing there for awhile. Clyde blushed, and ran into the bathroom to take off his onesy.

Clyde changed into his ninja gear, then cleaned up his mess. He quickly ate the rest of his cereal, then took a few things. He didn't even acknowledge Daiko's existence. He was so embarrassed! Clyde walked out of the house after grabbing a few items, and looked at Daiko with a sheepish grin.
"So uh ponies am I right?"

Daiko hears Clyde screaming at his television. "YOU BITCH! HE HAS TRIED TEN FUCKING TIMES TO LOVE YOU! BUT YOU DON'T YOU UNDERSTAND HE IS PERFECT FOR YOU? CHOCOLATE MAN IS A LOW LIFE BITCH, AND YOU CAN DO WAYYYYY BETTER!" He shakes his head, and watches the boy run off. Looking directly at a camera, he then states "Well Guest. Hasn't this happened to all of us?" Watching Clyde come back with his ninja suit on, Daiko follows him out the door. "Okay, Clyde. Today we are going to be finding and killing a Jounin. Let's go." Daiko begins to walk forward, not really caring if Clyde followed or not. If he didn't want that carrot, that was fine with Daiko. He was ready to fight this man, and put an end to his life. It came naturally to him to end the lives of people who betray Kumogakure. It was his job after all.

"Okay, Clyde. Today we are going to be finding and killing a Jounin. Let's go." Clyde looked at him in confusion, but was also happy that Daiko forgot about the pony thing. He was even more happy that he had no evidence like a video, photo, or scroll as proof of my pony obsession. Clyde looked at Daiko, and replayed where he had just said in his mind.
"WE ARE KILLING A JOUNIN?!?!"
Clyde stared intensely at Daiko, and was scared out of his mind.
"I don't even think you can kill a Jounin. I defiantly don't want to die today. Have you lost all sense of sanity?" Clyde started freaking out. He didn't want to die from a Jounin today. It really wasn't at the top of his to-do list, but yet again what was at the top these days besides ponies. Clyde reached behind him, and got out his kunai blade. The silver in it shined in the morning sun, and Clyde felt pumped now.

"Lets go kill this mother fucker!" Clyde started raising and lowering his sword pumping himself up for battle. Inside he had lost all hope for any chance at all for even his life.

Clyde sort of nodded at Daiko, until he started screaming. "I don't even think you can kill a Jounin. I defiantly don't want to die today. Have you lost all sense of sanity?" Daiko looks over at him, raising and eyebrow. "You tried to kill me, and I'm one of the strongest ninja in the village. I'm sure you and I together could take on one Jounin." Clyde went on to be even more obnoxious than he thought possible. "Lets go kill this mother fucker!" Glaring over at the peppy boy, he commands him to shut up. "This is a serious mission. One wrong move and he will kill you. Also, do you mind if I use you as a human shield?" He smiles toward the boy, happy to be freaking him out so much. Although scaring him was fun, this was a serious mission. He started down the path to the place where this ninja was said to be located. "Clyde, I only want you to attack if I cannot or you know you will hit. Don't waste your time using weak jutsu on this man, because he will go for you first."

Daiko pushes his hair out his face, and decides to talk to Clyde about ranks and such. "From what I've gathered, you seem to be either a Chuunin or a Genin. Is that right?" He looks over at the boy, and continues. "I'm an S-Rank Jounin. I'm one of the villages three Sannin, titled as the First Officer of the Raikage."

"This is a serious mission. One wrong move and he will kill you. Also, do you mind if I use you as a human shield?" Clyde started getting scared more inside. He honestly felt like turning around, and running away from this guy, but hey, he already went up against him and lived. Clyde started getting just enough confidence to keep walking, and put his sword back into his holster. This was one of the scariest things fro Clyde. This guy was probably holding back with that fight. Clyde started loosing more confidence by the minute, because he had realized maybe he wasn't strong enough. This turned into more then just a mission to Clyde. This mission decided how he would feel as a ninja.  

"Clyde, I only want you to attack if I cannot or you know you will hit. Don't waste your time using weak jutsu on this man, because he will go for you first."
"Got it." Clyde started getting serious.
"From what I've gathered, you seem to be either a Chuunin or a Genin. Is that right?" 
"I am a Genin who was at the top of my class for the academy. I feel I will be become Chuunin very soon."
"I'm an S-Rank Jounin. I'm one of the villages three Sannin, titled as the First Officer of the Raikage."

Clyde's mouth drops, and just looks over at Daiko. This guy was strong, but I didn't think he was that strong. Clyde almost died at the thought that a S-Rank Jounin would need him to kill this guy. He really trusted his abilities. Clyde looked over at Daiko for a longer amount of time, then smiled with his jaw dropped. His face flashed back to serious, and he looked over off in the distance at disgust.
"I won't let you down. That is a promise."

This was a promise, and when Clyde promises he is beyond serious. He would die to keep even the tiniest secret. Daiko probably knows this, because of the incident a long time ago when a girl wanted to beat her in battle. He promised he would beat her to a little girl, and spent five weeks of non stop fighting until he had finally won. He was completely covered in blood, and was sent to the hospital right away. He had barely survived that day.

Clyde looked over at Daiko, and showed him eyes that seeked their goal no matter what. Ruthless is the only word to describe Clyde's very existence. Clyde grew rabbit ears, and looked around for anyone out of the ordinary.

Daiko continues walking, looking for the targeted shinobi. "I am a Genin who was at the top of my class for the academy. I feel I will be become Chuunin very soon." He nods as the boy speaks to him, only half listening "I won't let you down. That is a promise." He glances over to the boy "How would you let me down? I'm not taking you here to battle a Jounin, I'm trying to show you tactics that you were taught in your academy used in action. I'm not going to let you get slaughtered by a Jounin just to prove yourself to me." Daiko looks up at the sky, and closes his eyes. "You do realize that this man has already killed a handful of Special Jounin and Chuunin, correct?" He opens his eyes and looks at the boy, remembering himself when he was young. Always trying to prove that he was the best to everyone, seeming to forget the fact that other's opinion on how tough he was didn't make him strong. He ruffled the boy's hair, and saw someone looking at them with crazed eyes. "Clyde, you might want to stand a bit back. I want to show you what it's like when I don't hold back."

Daiko cracked his knuckles as he sprinted towards the man, a bit of chalkra being put into his back, causing a full suit of armor to wrap around his skin almost instantly. As he sprints, two clones appear beside him, each having a purple ball of chalkra in their hands. They both rush at the man from the side, and Daiko looks at the indigo ball he had formed into his hand turn a bright white color. After both clones seeming to have made contact with the man's abdomen, the white ball went flying, and hit him square in the chest. The ball expanded to a 100 meter radius, everything around it vaporizing into nothing. As the giant ball of flame expands to it's maximum size and slowly begins to fade away, Daiko slowly walks over to Clyde still in his full suit of armor, and says "Think that was overkill?" The crater in the ground said so, but Daiko knew this was just the thing to get Clyde pumped up for a mission, where the boy lead. "That's what a real fight is like."


Daiko stretches as they walk home to the village, trying to work out the tightness in his muscles. Hopefully the boy was impressed, and would ask him questions. "So, now that you've seen what I did to this man, who do you think is a better teacher, Kyoko, or me." He laughs at that comment and ruffles the boy's hair. "In all seriousness, you can find me anytime at the Raikage's mansion if you want to train, spar, or do anything. I would be happy to help you." He waved to the young boy, and left. He hummed a simple tune that he had heard when he was younger. He then thought about his friend, Kyoko when they were only Genin. She messed around and liked to punch people for no particular reason. She was still immature to this day, and he found that very odd about her. Although he had a funnier side when he was drunk, she seemed to think being a ninja was a joke. She hardly did anything for the village, an just caused fights. Daiko rubbed his temples, and headed into the mansion of the Raikage, where he had his room. He opened the bedroom door quietly, and walked inside.

In his room, he walked into the bathroom. He turned on the shower, and let the hot water pour over top of his head. He tilted his head up, feeling each drop of water coming in contact with his skin. He washed himself, and sat in the shower for another good period of time. Finally switching off the water, he grabs his towel and dries himself off. He looks down at his arms, noting each muscle that was there from years of training. Daiko decided that he would spend some time with Kyoko, wherever she lived. He never wanted to admit it, but he had the slightest feelings toward her. During his training periods, he kept her out of his mind, focusing mainly on the strenuous activities that he would perform. Stretching his arms, he remembers her odd colored hair that was so soft, and each of her eyes that looked like two gemstones. Shaking his head, he flips over on his pillow, his face facing down. She was so far away to him. She had made it seem like she was leaving anytime soon, and Daiko didn't want to miss his last opportunity to spend time with her.

Maybe he would take the villagers out for drinks. Hopefully the war was over when he woke up, and he could easily return to his daily business. He flips over at his back, staring at the ceiling. No sounds emanate from his room, sounding as if a dark blanket has washed over him, drowning out all noise. Daiko simple would lie there, staring. He slowly drifted off, being grabbed by the large hands of sleep, being pulled into a slumber that would let him finally relax.

Daiko was spending time with Kyoko, when they were children. They jumped around outside, easily being covered in mud from playing in the dirt. Then Kyoko hugs him, and he hugs her. They both run off together, and train as equals. He never has a fear to fight his father, nor does he feel like people will judge him if he isn't strong enough. In this world, he never had the stress he had as a child. in this world, he was happy.

"Yes, but I can handle it. We should work together to kill this guy."
"Clyde, you might want to stand a bit back. I want to show you what it's like when I don't hold back."
"Ugh, alright go on ahead, and show me more of your dragons."

"That's what a real fight is like."
"I am sorry Daiko, but that wasn't overkill in my book. I understand your power, but he could have easily done a various things. For instance, he could have made a clone, substituted out, he could have used an genjutsu, he could also have just substituted with a puppet, and he could have done various other jutsu unknown. I do, however, like the giant explosion at the end. This makes it very hard to dodge. You did quite well! I would grade you at A+, because you made pretty sure you got the target you wanted, but you didn't really know if that was the man. The armor also improved your score. If he was a clone, then you would have wasted quite a bit of chakara, but it wouldn't matter at all because you would have a tremendous amount remaining. If it was a genejutsu, then I am sure he wouldn't be able to get us both and also you would be able to see through it. If it was a puppet, then you would have attacked the puppet master too. I also don't think he couldn't have substituted with the explosion radius."

"I believe you will lead us all as Raikage someday."

"So, now that you've seen what I did to this man, who do you think is a better teacher, Kyoko, or me." 
"You are way better, then her. I feel you still have immense strength. Kyoko does seem to have a lot of strength still hidden, but not much. Her problem is she can easily get killed by someone who can do very effectively against lightning. I feel it is good to focus on something, but bad to go too far into it. A one trick poney ninja is the dead one."
Daiko laughs at that comment and ruffles the boy's hair. "In all seriousness, you can find me anytime at the Raikage's mansion if you want to train, spar, or do anything. I would be happy to help you." 
"You will see me again." Clyde smiled, and waved goodbye.
Daiko waved to the young boy, and left.


Clyde walked back to his house, then reached in his pocket. He pulled out what seemed to be a golden carrot.
"Weird."
Clyde pocketed the carrot again, and was about to open up his door when he got an idea.
"I think I might go do a mission to kill a rouge today."
