Headed to another party [Travel, Suna ---> Kusa]

Alec ate a big meal; the finest of Suna cuisines. He wrote a short letter to Kurai and Hikari, hand delivering it to the next boat back to the old country himself, as to make sure it was sent properly. He went to bed at a decent time and got a good night's rest. With the traveling he was about to do, it was unknown when or if he'd be able to again. There were powerful foes out there. Alec was also certain that someone saw what he did to the Raikage. Revenge attempts were just something he expected. He welcomed the challenges, for it was nearly impossible to surprise Alec. He felt like he needed to shake up this ninja world; change a few lives, show people that sometimes, to put it simply, shit happens.

Alec left a letter next to his daughter's bed. He kissed her forehead and looked at her a while, seeing so much of her mother Avery in her, and barely any of himself. He preferred it that way. Alec had began to consider himself a monster long ago, and besides Jr - who looked like an exact copy of him - he was glad his other children didn't have much of his features.

Letter to Artemis:

He was off into the wee hours of the next morning, sprinting quickly out into the still cool desert, chilled because the sun hadn't fully risen yet. other people on the paths saw a very fast black thing speeding nearby and between them; a gust of wind following that carried a scent of cologne. Alec ran though the countries, stopping here and there to take in the sights, before long coming upon the land of grass....
